Bartender was rude and hateful from the start. Attitude from the second we walked in. Dogs in the bar sitting on top the bar walking back and forth

I haven’t been in this bar in over a year, and I never had a problem. I went in here with a buddy and had a good time with everybody til about 1:30 am when one of the bartenders closed me out, claiming I was slamming my beer bottle on the bar and need to go. Despite leaving a decent tip and trying to ask what’s wrong, the door man says I need to leave. I even chat with him outside just trying to ask what the problem is, he shrugged his shoulders and said they just want me gone. Not even fifteen minutes later, my buddy said they closed out everybody, and half the patrons are pissed off and yelling at the bartenders in the parking lot because they’re obviously just rushing to close down. I’ve NEVER been kicked out of a bar before, and I definitely don’t treat women disrespectfully. If you’re going to work at a bar, realize that your night doesn’t end at 2am. and that you need to treat people with respect. Definitely won’t be coming back to this place.

So I did not actually eat there. Just went in at sat down for a minute. Seems like a cool place. It’s definitely different. Very woodsy. I think it is tailored for African Americans. Which is great. They don’t have liquor there. And I thought it was overpriced. At least in the burger. $19.99 for a burger! I know it’s hard to get a burger anywhere for less than $10. Goin rate is $12-$15 these days. Even downtown you can get a premium big burger for $15. Yeah I was truly shocked n surprised. If they had liquor and it was poppin I’d of maybe stayed n paid that price. To charge $20 you need to be a higher end restaurant. Even then burgers don’t go for that much. I can’t imagine anyone else in that urban area paying that much either. Anybody for that matter. Just didn’t make sense. The female waitress that worked there did seem nice. It was later Wed night when I went there at 9. Sure it gets busy and is a fun place to go. But if you’re going there for a burger be aware.

Went here to meet some friends. It is a very nice little bar that isn’t crowded. Very relaxed and can just have fun. There is pool tables, dance floor, and more. Go check it out if your looking for a little place in Dayton to hang out.

I always pick up delivery’s here for DoorDash, so I have never eaten here. It always smells really good though. The girl at the bar is very nice and very pretty. Seems like she would be fun to sit and talk too. Once I try the food here, I will repost ☺️

Well off the beaten path. Not really a family atmosphere. It is a pool hall with 4 tables. Full bar, normal bar food. Great salty french fries. Do not order shots. They give a half shot or less, unapologetically, and charge full price.

The entertainment (musicians) are great. On the other hand. The service at this place stinks. The bar is never that busy, even when they have a band. So having to wait 20 minutes to get a beer or a 2nd drink is ridiculous. And the “bartenders” have almost zero knowledge of how to make a proper drink. The best you can hope for is a shot that doesn’t require more than one ingredient, even then it gets screwed up. And insted of helping all the bar “manager” does is sit on a chair and drink.

It’s okay a lot of people there I know they’re pool tables are good and the food. I just wish that they would occasionally have a band so that people could truly dance
