First time to this part of Ohio. I just stopped here for dinner. Food and service were great. Chicken wings and chicken tenders were amazing and the side salad was great. Shea was my server, she is outstanding and has super customer service!

Andrew, the manager is awesome. I bought gift card here for my daughter in columbus, ohio. She went to roosters on w. Broad street. It was 50. Gift card, they gave her 20. And said that was all that was on it..and the manager was extremly rude to her. Luckily i kept the receipt and andrew fixed it for my daughter and gave her the other 30., even though someone at w. Broad in columbus messed it up

First time at Roosters. Atmosphere was relaxed. College ball on the TV. The Rooster Feathers onion was very good. The wings were HUGE. Favorite topping for the wings was the dry rub. Big Bob’s BBQ Burger was flavorful. Unfortunately, I forgot to order it medium well. It came out too under cooked for me. Overall, it was a nice place to eat and will go there again.

Best place for chicken and salads ever. I’ve been coming to roosters for years and they are the best quality of food and service. I always get the teriyaki chicken fingers and a grilled chicken salad that is lightly smothered in the teriyaki sauce. If you’ve never had their grilled chicken salad with teriyaki sauce, you are missing out.
Their garlic sauce on their chicken is another favorite and you have to try their onion feathers too.
Great atmosphere and clean facility. The employees are phenomenal as well.

So me and family went in ate tonight about 6pm we ordered 2 BBQ bacon burger 2 Dumpster Tots A Kid’s Cheeseburger & A Order Of Pretzel’s My Burger Was Still Bleeding So They Went to Remake It & The Pretzel’s Was Burnt So They Remade Them As Well So The New Pretzel’s They Brought Out Was Still Frozen So I Sent Them Back Again And Told Them To Just Take Them Off My Order I Waited Almost A Hour For My Burger To Be Remade So I Told Them Just Forget It I’ll Just Pay For The Food My Baby Daddy And Kid’s Ate They Still Charged Me For The Pretzel’s & Burger I Never Ate And When I Told Them They Said They Still Had To Charge Me Because They Made The Food Twice I Have Never Had A Issue There It’s One Of My Favorite Spots That I Will Never Eat At Again Because The Service Sucked And The Waiter Was Very Rude Tonight Happened March 4, 2026 About 6pm My Order Was 47$ I Was So Mad (Waverly Roosters)

Normally a really good place but today , today it was horrible. Ordered half chicken salad in mild a nest and two sweet teas . Get home and go to grab my cup and it completely dumps all over my car because they didn’t put the lid on right . Then my girlfriend opens her half chicken salad and they didn’t even toss the chicken? Like Come on. Not to mention I waited 10 minutes just for them to bring me them two teas
