Ordered tonifht on DD . Other than forgetting my drinks , all of it was so fresh. I frequent here . Sometimes my wraps are small sometimes they’re normal. This time it was huge and so delicious ! They did wonderful on the dumpster wedges too. Definitely satisfied

Food is always the same. We go for the same comfort foods each time and they are always great. Staff is kind. They are a bit busy and under staffed.. which just speaks better to have a good review! Appreciate their prices as does the whole of the West Side! Can bring my kids for dinner and not break the bank.

After being a loyal and frequent customer, I’ve decided to update my review to a 1-star based on repeated poor experiences especially my most recent visit on August 29, 2025.
I’ve regularly come to this location with family and friends, often on Mondays for wing night and sometimes later in the week after work. Unfortunately, the service and attitude at the Crookshank Roosters have consistently declined.
The hostesses are the biggest issue. It doesn’t matter what time of day. They almost always have an attitude, as if your presence is a burden. Getting seated often feels like an inconvenience to them. God forbid they need to clean a table. It’s like they have to ask permission from their own limbs to do their job. And if they disappear to the kitchen? Expect a 5–10 minute wait with no explanation.
There’s no greeting, no smile, no sense of urgency. Just eye rolls and a monotone “how many?” That’s the only phrase I’ve heard from them in all my visits. It’s unpleasant, uninviting, and unprofessional.
Service from servers is hit or miss. Some are great, but many seem to disappear after dropping off your food and drinks zero table engagement after that until it’s time to pay the check.
Even though Roosters brands itself as a fast casual restaurant, this location is far from that. Wait times keep getting longer and longer. On my most recent visit, I ordered just 5 wings at 10:00 PM with an empty dining room and still waited 30 minutes for my food. At that point, I didn’t even have the energy to complain. I just wanted to leave.
After visiting the Milford location, I realized how much I’ve been settling. That team sets the bar high. They know how to welcome guests and provide a great experience, everything Crookshank lacks.
At this point, I drive 30 minutes to Milford rather than go 10 minutes to Crookshank. That should tell you everything.
Whether it’s management, staff, or company culture, something at Crookshank is broken. Until it changes, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Try another Roosters Crookshank will only disappoint

Your hostess is so unprofessional. 3/8 @1:20 pm. We walked in, she’s leaned across the counter.
She walked us to the table about 10 ft in front of us, sat the menus down, tapped the table and just kept walking. She literally said NOTHING.

Ordered $45 worth of food .. didn’t receive my ranch for my full size salad.. called and had to go back .. got there and they tried to give me one dressing for a large salad… A salad comes with more than one dressing ! Finally received the ranch I was supposed to receive and $10 in rooster bucks (dine in only).. then I get back home and see that the jalapenos I paid for were not added to my cheesy bacon wedges. Place is a rip off if you don’t check your order. And this has happened at least 4 times..

Only three stars, if course there is a reason for this, every time I order food from this location im shorted something typically my blues cheese ranch, $0.79 each and when they finally do go get them they’re half full as of I didn’t already pay for an actual dipping sauce, and this time I ordered bacon cheese wedges and they’re is literally no cheese on these wedges as you can see from the attached photo and my wings are literally half seasoned this is ridiculous I paid almost over $30.00 plus a decent tip and I can’t ever get my food complete. If this isn’t corrected I am no longer spending my money at this restaurant again. The three stars are strictly for the great customer service and the atmosphere.

Went in on a Friday night and thankfully didn’t have to wait to be seated. Our waitress, Carissa, was very friendly and cheerful. I got the Dumpster Fries and the Cajun Chicken Sandwich with the works. I ended up putting some of the fries on the sandwich, and it was delicious!

1st visit here and we were happily surprised. The 4 different types of chicken we tried were all be good. Service was great and our food can out promptly. The grilled chicken fingers won the night, followed by the large traditional wings. The boneless wings and breaded chicken fingers were good as well. Favorite sauce was definitely the BBQ sauce and in a close 2nd the Thai chili. Mac n cheese bites were over cooked and not something we will try again. The seasonal apple cider drink was a far reach and not pleasant as well. This place is very affordable and we both left full and for under 50 dollars with lunch in the box.
