My wife and I were traveling to Washington Court House on business, and I had seen this restaurant near our hotel that was known for their wings, and I had to try it. I ordered the 20 wing plate, traditional, medium heat. When they came out, they were HUGE! I could only finish half. There was a lot of meat, and they were very good. If you like wings, and you get the chance to go to Rooster’s, don’t pass it up. But go early, we got there around 5 on a Thursday and the crowd was starting to show up already.

This place has awesome food and I’ve always been a fan for sure!! I just can’t stand when I emphasize that I want hot wings , “ SAUCED “ , but they end up giving me wings with barely any sauce on them! I order extra sauce on the side every time just in case they do this!! I shouldn’t have to pay for the sauce that supposed to already be on my wings!! I love my wings super wet and that’s what I make sure to emphasize when ordering my wings!!!

Food was cold like it had been sitting for awhile I was even there 3 minutes before it was so post to be done. My cheese for my pretzels didn’t have a lid AT ALL was spilled everywhere and pretzels were soggy. I live a little ways away and didn’t have the extra gas to go back the lid to my wife’s ranch wasn’t on and was leaking out the cup. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened we eat here 2 times a week at least hopefully it was a one time thing or we won’t be back.

This place was nice. The girls had all their hair done up like who’s from Whoville and they had a Grinch taking photos with the kids, I loved that.
The sandwiches don’t come with fries/tots and you have to order them separately, but that’s fine. We did that.

Ordered our food while eating our appetizer. Waited 20 mins on the food. I was supposed to have a well done burger and what I received was a burger that was medium. Send it back after the server cane around a good 7 mins later. Took another 20 mins to get my burger. By that time I was just done. Was still charged full price.

Staying temporarily in the area I ordered for pickup. It was ready promptly and in the front waiting for me at the time it was supposed to be ready. I ordered a 9 inch pizza, wings, tots. Pizza is thin crust which was pretty good, tots are tots, hard to mess them up but I got a handful which I thought was odd for $3.50. The wings were sort of a letdown, someone suggested this place for the wings and Im a wing guy, the wings themselves were very meaty so thats a win however seriously lacked flavor in ratio to the meat. In fact I tasted more of the oil than the flavoring, also ordered a ranch cup which doesnt come with the wings for $0.79 and the cup was sadly halfway filled which lasted for 2 wings. Almost disrespectful giving that small of a serving for massive wings.

We were told to sit at whatever table when we walked in. Every table we passed was dirty. We picked the least dirty table. First thing I asked was if someone could wipe down the table. I shoulda left then. We had Rachel as our server. She got someone else to come clean the table then we had to wait…Im guessing cause we had the audacity to ask….cause the servers were clearly not busy as they chatted and played around the whole time we were there.
We finally got some food. We had wings and a salad. The salad was rotten….I had to pick apart the salad to get the non rotten pieces. Whatever…moved on to the soggy wings.
Was super excited to leave, we barely ate.
The only good thing was the ranch dressing….and that includes the service.
This was my first time eating here. It was memorable enough to not go back. I saw a taco bell down the road had a 2.7 rating….wish I woulda gone there….at least I woulda gotten diarrhea for a cheaper price.

Food was excellent, as always. Unfortunately, the service from our server, Kourtney, was the worst I’ve ever experienced at this restaurant. She was inattentive throughout the meal, responded with obvious eye-rolling when a member of our party requested a different drink, and snapped at me when I politely reminded her about the blue cheese dressing I had ordered and paid for as part of my meal. We had brought a first-time guest with us, and I was genuinely embarrassed by how uncomfortable the service made her visit. Everyone can have an off day, but the attitude felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I hope this is addressed, because we truly love the food and have always had positive experiences here in the past.
