I ordered a chicken biscuit and potatoes to go. The chicken biscuit was actually really good. The chicken was great quality. It was very portioned, and I loved it. A bit hefty of a price, but it’s a decent sized chicken biscuit. Can’t complain! You get what you pay for. The potatoes were mediocre. I wouldn’t get them again, but I ate them regardless. The service was very nice upon arrival, and it was ready ten minutes after the order was placed. The atmosphere was outdated and a little rustic. I’m not sure if that’s what they’re going for, but just putting that out there!

I never write reviews really but I have been waiting since March to try this place. I am so mad I did not get here before now. The food is awesome. I ordered the bacon omelet and a sandwich with bacon, egg, cheese. The egg is perfectly cooked for a sandwich and they even ask how you want it done. The girl at the front was so nice! I’m definitely gonna be making this my go to breakfast place.

The Rooster Shack is a cute lil shack with rooster decor everywhere!! The restaurant is clean, service was very good, and food was excellent. I had the Breakfast Burrito and hubby had the Egg Platter. My burrito was delicious. Hubby enjoyed his eggs, bacon and rooster chips. The biscuit was huge!
When you’re done eating, you go to to the register and give them the name you gave when they took your order. They don’t leave a bill at your table. Being our first time here, we didn’t know that and sat there waiting for the bill to come. When we finally asked a server, we were told to go on up front. Thought I’d share that for other first time guests.

I passed by several breakfast spots to get to this one, and it was absolutely worth it! The portions were generous, the food was delicious and served warm, and the customer service was friendly and welcoming. The drink was also really good. On top of that, they taught me how to say my name in a new language, which was such a nice touch! My wife loved the chicken biscuit, and I had the burger with chili and an egg on it—both were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience and truly enjoyed it. Plus, they serve both lunch and breakfast at the same time, which is a huge bonus. I just wish I lived closer so I could visit more often! Highly recommend!

Genuinely can’t get enough of this place! My husband and I have been multiple times and each time we’re blown away by the experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, they provide amazing service and they keep the place clean, tidy, and inviting. The food is also simply wonderful. It’s the best breakfast/lunch spot in Cartersville. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles, chicken biscuit, and their burgers. We love this place!

Awesome experience. Good food. Great prices. Staff works together as a team to make sure you have a great experience. Found this place online. (we are not from the area but have family and a small lake place up this way.) I absolutely want to come by and try breakfast! I saw some pancakes and chicken with a waffle go by and BOY it looked so good!!! It’s so nice to visit a place where the staff is genuinely friendly!

My Husband and I always stop here for breakfast when we are in town. They have the best biscuits and sausage gravy I have had since my Mama’s! I couldn’t recommend the Rooster Shack enough!
