Pretty good most of the time they always tend to get my extra dressings wrong for some reason and occasionally just do not read the ticket. Normally salads come with 2 automatically and I paid for 2 extra. Overall good salad

I was put off years ago because their owner will literally curse you out when they’re messing up your order. I decided to go in today and pick up my order while I was there three or four people walk in and the cashier verified it. People were walking in back to back to back food wrong. Things forgotten off their order. And I have only ever eaten the Congress from room service. No other sandwich. Have I ever tasted? I’m sorry I know what pork tenderloin looks like. This is turkey meat and what I don’t understand is when you messing up my order I just paid you almost $40 for a salad and a sandwich. I wanted to be right. You going to come back and argue with me and tell me that this is not turkey well he said he fixing himself. I don’t care it’s Santa Claus fixed it. This is turkey meat. You said yourself I’m sick of them messing up people’s order. This the fifth one today. Four of them came in while I was standing there and then you got a nerve to have a attitude. I don’t get it. What’s wrong with us? You arguing about somebody else with stuff. I’m spending my money and I’m still in the parking lot giving my review. I stopped eating there years ago because my order was messed up and the owner refused to swap it out and or give me my money back and hung up the phone in my face. But it’s all good because without a customer you have no business. Remember that!

Hayes was very rude!! I think he’s the owner! Instead of him apologizing after my order was made wrong, he was confrontational. Basically saying it’s my fault because the girls always write the order correctly. Obviously they didn’t this time, because I asked for romaine instead of spinach and she read the order back to me. I’ve gotten salads here for over 15 years. Today was the very last time! The least he could’ve done was apologize and I still didn’t get that! I wasn’t expecting anything else (just wanted them to be aware, we all make mistakes) because I was back at work!! Just sad!!

on items. My order came EXACTLY AS SCHEDULED. The food was so delicious and very eye catching. I will always recommend this establishment. I wish I could have had pictures of all the ordered items but TRUST MY WORDS WHEN I SAY…. A service I wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would. So if you have an engagement, business meetings whatever you will not be disappointed if you order from ROOM SERVICE JACKSON. ⚜️

False advertising. The board shows one thing, but the menu has another price and once you bring it to the attention of the manager he takes on an attitude and becomes really ugly with the customer. Well he lost two good customers.

Food is always amazing and the portions are huge! I order from them atleast 3 times a week fast and friendly service! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! oh did I say I LOVE them! I usually get the cobb salad but Everything I have ordered has been amazing…. Oh and can we talk about that Pasta salad… Make to perfection! I just wish the chicken salad was bigger I would order that more often.

I got a roasted potato salad with Creole dressing and omg!!!! That was the best salad I’ve ever had hands down it was delicious!! And I got a chicken salad sandwich and Southwest chicken soup but I’m going to eat that tomorrow I can’t wait I bet it’s so delicious too.. I would most definitely recommend this place!! Thanks

Ordered with my coworkers, it was decent.. got to end of my salad and found straight hair in it… talking about nauseous…notified the restaurant and he said “well the salads gone now, what do you want me to do about it?” & he’ll let them know to tighten up their hair nets… lol just check your food is all i can advise.
