Rookies is locally owned and operated sports bar and restaurant with plenty of TV’s to watch sports, good selections of beer on tap, cocktails, liquor and food menu. Customers can place the food order at their own convenience at the kiosk without having to wait for the servers. We also have third party delivery like Door dash and Grub hub where customers can enjoy our food at home. At Rookies we treat our customers like family.

Nobody should have to wait over an hour for their food. I don’t care how busy you are. If you can’t have more than 1 cook and 2 fryers going for the crowd you’re trying to draw in, you should not be in business. That just tells me you don’t care about your customers. This is probably the 6th strike I’ve given them. Easy solution; I’m never going back again and neither should anyone else. Stop giving these types of establishments unlimited chances. They don’t deserve it. Let them die.
Edit to Owner Response: You must have me confused with another customer that had a similar experience, because not a single word you said is true. I ordered my food online at 3:11pm, arrived at approximately 3:30pm; sat down and ordered a beer. It was not until ~4:00pm when I asked the bartender where my food was. She then stated, “unless you want raw chicken you have to wait”. I was calm and stated that my food was ordered almost an hour ago. I was in no hurry, but the wait time was unacceptable. She then replied, “What do you want me to do?”. I said I want to talk to the manager or owner. She asked, “Do you want me to have the owner call you?”. I said yes. There was no screaming at your staff. There was no disturbance among customers. A few minutes passed and the bartender asked me if I wanted a refund. I said yes. She issued me a refund, I finished my beer and I left. Everything is time-stamped, making your 25-minute assessment a complete fabrication of the truth. I was physically in the bar for ~25 minutes!
You were busy, is no excuse. Your business hinges on fried food and sports, and you only have 1 cook and 2 fryers going during Sunday football? What kind of management sense is that? That means you expect people to show up and wait an hour for their food. How is that treating them like family? I have NEVER created a scene there. You are so confused; you’re even accusing me of getting paid to write bad reviews. Your entire response is ridiculous. Like I said, not the only issue I’ve had there. This review would be 90 miles long if I voiced all my complaints.

I’ve been waiting for my order for over an hour. They don’t let us know that the kitchen is backed up, and the bartender was super rude.. She won’t give me her name but she has glasses. She didn’t acknowledge that she could’ve done anything to help. I’m really unhappy, and honestly, this might be the last time I come here. I’m running late for my appointment and now my appointment has to schedule for another day because of how long I’ve had to wait here without the acknowledgment of how long everything was gonna be or else I would’ve never purchased anything to eat here. Please just inform us as soon as we come in.

Ordered take out. When it was delivered there were no dipping sauces, no sourcream or salsa for quisedilla, no BBQ for the wings and the tea was unsweetened (was not listed as such). Fries were soggy, bread and bacon on blt was soggy not to mention the two tiny slices of tomato. I know they can do better and I upset that i spent so much money on junk.

We had never been there before but I wanted to go someplace new for my birthday. My husband and my oldest son and I went at about 11 am on a Saturday and we were the only ones there for a bit, which we like. The server, Lindsay G, was VERY NICE and we got beers and a Pepsi. We shot a few games of pool, the tables and cues are great. The music was a nice blend of country and at just the right volume. There’s a nice back patio to have a smoke at. We ordered the Arizona Fries which were brought to us hot and they were delicious. We also ordered a Philly cheese steak with onion rings and the chicken tenders. Everything was served quickly and hot and it was all very yummy. The prices were very good. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back. Thank you Lindsay G. You rock!

A very local bar where people look at you when you come in (I guess they want to see if they know you.) Skip the food. The service still sucks. If they don’t know you then you’re out of luck.

Drinks are way over priced a tap beer and very small vodka mix was just short of $20!! When I asked the price per drink the bartender rattled off 8.95 and 7.95 !! I had 1.50in change and the drink was weak to say the least no wonder they weren’t busy

Went with friends we wanted some food and some beer.
We had chicken tenders, the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had, and a chili dog which was the best chili dog In town!
They have a green chili beer that they brew…. It is unbelievable! Has the faintest chilli flavour, really is addictive!
Shelby took the best care of us, super nice and accommodating.
