Ordered the 2 large one topping for $15.99 Monday special in the winter, with no issue. Ordered it again the other day (asked if the special was still available over the phone and I was told yes), and when I pick up the order, the owner (presumably based on the attitude) tells me the two pizzas are $26.99 plus tax. Outrageous!!
The owner lied at first and said that it is an outdated coupon on Google images. It is literally on the ronzio website, and I showed him. He said it should have been erased from the website FIFTEEN YEARS AGO! I have used the daily special coupons multiple times over the past 15 years.
The owner is a liar, and profiting off of false advertising. Never experienced such rude and unfriendly customer service before. Good customer service would have been honoring the advertised price, since the order was placed under false pretenses.

Everytime I call they tell me 40 minutes and it ends up being at least an hour. This time I waited over an hour and I called to check the status of my order and was told that it will be leaving the store soon. I told them that they told me 40 minutes over an hour ago and they offered no solution or any type of customer service. The food is great but the management and customer service is terrible. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. There are tons of other local pizza places to choose from so I will no longer be dealing with the extensive wait times and bad customer service.

I’ve liked ronzio pizza for several years now. The location in East Greenwich is one of the really good locations. The pizza and calzones are always so fresh and delicious. Their specialty pizzas are pretty amazing. I always thought of them as really good pizza but a bit expensive. Now in 2023 since all the other pizza places have raised prices and blamed it on inflation their prices are pretty competitive for the quality of the product and the high level of service. Do yourself a favor and buy the large pizza even if it’s just for a couple of people.Freeze the leftovers and enjoy them on another day. They have plenty of free parking for pickups and online ordering at the E.G. location. It’s a small location but they are making some good eats.

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered through slice with the expectation of a 20-35 min wait. After placing the order the delivery time was shifted to an hour (fine, at least I got a heads up). Not only did we wait an hour, but we also waited an extra half hour as well. The part that set me off the edge, there was NO SAUCE AT ALL on the pizza. So, I waited an hour and a half for a pizza that was less than pleasing. I reached out to slice to rectify the incorrect pizza made, and all they offered was a $10 discount for the extended wait.
PS: Usually I wouldn’t care about this, but I did request to leave the pizza at the front door. The delivery driver still rang the bell (triggering my dogs while getting a toddler to fall asleep), and almost walked away with our food because we didn’t answer the door fast enough, because obviously we had a lot going on.

The store itself is fairly clean, the staff was very nice and pleasant, the food selection was very nice aswell, now for taste it was excellent.

Spinach pie deluxe rocks. Similar to Roberto’s from years gone by. People at work get other calzones, pizza and sandwiches but I am true to the spinach pie deluxe. Always nice people working and running the place And they sponsor local sports teams. Big fan of that.

A friend recommended that I try this place . Having zero satisfaction with other pizza places that I have tried, it was by far the best pizza that I’ve had in quite some time. Next time, I’m in the area. I will definitely be getting another . I highly recommend that you try their vegetarian pizza , it was fantastic.

I ordered 28″ Giant Pizza for a Birthday Party and I was expecting to see 28″ Giant pizza for the kids to see such amazing pizza that size. With out notification from this East Greenwich Ronzio pizza they split the pizza into 2 small boxes. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I called Ronzio pizza and I’m still waiting to speak to the manager. I will NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN . It is not A CHEAP pizza. CUSTOMERS BEWARE, WHEN YOU DO BUSINESS HERE.
