I had been planning to visit this place for 2 whole years. Never turned in because the parking lot was ALWAYS packed and I see why. The cashier was very helpful with explaining how things go. All the food was hot and fresh! Slightly bland but I guess due to so many dietary restrictions. The buffet stayed full. It was slightly packed (we went around 1pm). I’d definitely return!

Visited Ron’s Catfish in Jonesboro, Arkansas earlier today. The food was hot and delicious. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Ron’s has all type of food like frog legs, shrimp, catfish, steak, crawfish and sides include Cole slaw, French fries greens, peas, creamed potato’s mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese. The desserts were plentiful to please your sweet tooth. It is all you can eat so don’t be afraid to get a seconds or thirds or fourths. So if you are in Jonesboro hit up Ron’s this is a must visit for the whole state

Haven’t been here in 8 years, me and the wife were in Jonesboro and Facebook mentioned an old memory (8 years ago) of us eating here with our son and grandson. The food was fresh and hot, not real busy and LOVE CATFISH! You can’t go wrong when you dine in at Ron’s Catfish!

I ordered Take Out, it has been awhile since I have come here. The girls at the Check Out -(Jenny)were so super nice at helping me to decide what to get. There are so many options and choices. I asked if I could order some things from the Buffet to take, that were not on the menu and they were more than happy to help me. Thank you so very much.

I don’t live in Jonesboro, but my grandmother does. Every time I visit her over the holidays we make sure to stop at Ron’s for some delicious catfish. We have been coming here for 20 years and it has always been some of the best catfish we have had anywhere. The locals sometimes grumble that things have changed, but to us the catfish hasn’t changed much. It’s still great. I do remember that they used to have soft serve ice cream and that is gone in favor of some pre-made cups, and I didn’t see the Cajun fish variety they used to have. But these are quibbles. If you are anywhere near Jonesboro, this is worth a detour to check this place out. They are only open Thurs-Saturday

Today we celebrated my Aunt birthday party at Ron’s Catfish. This is one of our favorite. BUT today was incredibly disappointing, the food was cold, we want fish but the buffet have few cold fish pieces, no hushppopies, no coleslaw. We was a party of little over 20 people. No one around to ask hiw the food was or even check on the party. I can’t recommen for the price is sooooo disappointing experince!

Absolutely delicious highly recommend!!! Thursday all day buffet $13.79 and dinner buffet is $16.99 (lunch buffet price ends at 2:30). The best catfish I’ve ever had the filets were so plump and juicy. A good desert bar with several selections. Super clean establishment and excellent customer service!!!

CATFISH & SRIMP LOVES ,, this is the place , all you can eat shrimp and fish have a good seasoning and cooked just right , hush puppies have good flavor, (fyi don’t mistake chicken tenders for fish) , baked fish is a little cold & mashed potatoes, would not get unless just brought out , top it off with peach blueberry or banana pudding definitely worth the stop

When you see 100 cars in the parking lot in Arkansas at a catfish restaurant it’s time to stop and try it. Ron’s did not disappoint the catfish were spot on nice thin little strips that were crispy fried all I can say is from there it only got better five stars for sure.
