Loved the bagel presentation. Most places the bagels are hidden. These are in your face. Compared to bagels throughout NJ this was middle of the road. Fill you belly bagels. Looks like they offer some dessert items which I will have to try on my next visit.

This place used to be great years ago but clearly their rating on Google is accurate. Look at their “chicken quesadilla.” Upon calling they claim this is a their chicken quesadilla and then mention it’s a panini. Unfortunate that their customer service isn’t great either.

We all enjoy grabbing our bagels here, My wife loves the sunny Dried tomatoes lox and cream cheese, My Son his asiago bagel with bacon egg and cheese, little ketchup and mayo, I get anything am in mood for and it’s always great. My son can tell if it’s not Ronnie’s is all I can say.

Stopped in this place randomly, they had a real nice selection of bagels, which got me pretty excited. I even sent a picture to a buddy of mine! Showing off things like the French toast bagel and the jalapeño cheddar bagel. So I gave it my standard test, Taylor ham egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel. My First hint was when I received the bag. It was not warm, and had very little weight to it. When I opened the wrapping my heart was broken. The Taylor ham and egg were so meager that I would have likely ended up with more to eat if I asked for a peanut butter sandwich. Even if I asked to double the egg and meat, it would have still been less than any of my normal spots. (The bag wasn’t hot because the bagel was not toasted) but I’m not even holding that against them.
Some places do a great job, but I end up having to ask for double egg and double Taylor ham. Which won’t stop me from going back there. I just know I will have to spend the extra money to have it done right.
This spot does not warrant a second chance.

If you’re looking for the best bagels around, Ronnie’s Bagels in Hillsdale is the place to go. I happily pass three other bagel shops on my way from River Vale just to come here — and it’s absolutely worth it every time.
My go-to order is a jalapeño cheddar bagel with Taylor ham, egg, and cheese, finished with a little salt, pepper, and ketchup. Every bite is perfect — the bagels are fresh, the flavors are on point, and the ingredients are always top quality.
The combination of a welcoming local vibe and unbeatable bagels makes Ronnie’s a true gem. Highly recommend! And of course Debbie is the best :)!

Guy was rude. No your welcome after I said thank you 3 times. Frown on his face. Asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Did not toast bagel and damn the bagel really couldve used toasting. So chewy my jaw was sore by the end of eating it. Wish I could take my $1 tip back. Will not be returning.

This is an awesome bagel shop conveniently located right across from the train station. It’s the perfect stop for anyone in the area looking for high-quality breakfast staples and authentic flavors.
The Bagels: Their bagel sandwiches are “to die for”—fresh, flavorful, and definitely the star of the menu. Gotta have the Taylor ham egg and cheese! (Hold the SPK though…)

Great spot for breakfast, stopped on a whim and was really impressed, the gal who took my order was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent bagel and a scoop of egg salad, life is good!!!!
