It was my first time at the SCV Hub, and I was very impressed with it. However; what I was most impressed with was Ronin Kitchen. I have tried nearly all of the sushi places in SCV, and I can say this place is the new #1. While it’s not a traditional sushi restaurant that you can sit at, the sushi is truly the best and the environment of the hub is nice.
The rolls were super big, sauces were on point, and the fish/rice was extremely fresh. You can tell they really care about the product they put out. I ordered the Drew Sifers roll, Sean’s roll, and the bluefin sushi. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the food because it was too good to not immediately eat lol. I did take a picture of the hub’s indoor seating area, but there is also a ton of outdoor seating.
I will be ordering from here for now on, and can’t wait to try some other rolls next time around.

Ronin’s on a roll!
This place is a gem. If you care about quality, Ronin is the best by a mile. From fresh house-made sauces to uniquely imported ingredients, this place does not miss a beat.
I opted to try a variety of options as it was my first time here.
The Special #1 (The Ronin): Spicy crab roll (spicy crab, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo, eel sauce), 2 pieces salmon sushi (ronin style), 2 pieces yellowtail sushi (ronin style), choice of drink.
And
The Krakatoa roll: Inside: spicy tuna, spicy crab) (top: salmon, chili garlic crunch, serrano peppers) (sauce: fire sauce, garlic oil).
The Special #1 (Ronin) was the perfect entree. You get to try a little bit of traditional sushi with the chef’s added flare. I highly recommend this for any newcomers as it has the best value while still hitting the high quality you come to expect with Ronin Kitchen.
The Krakatoa roll really shows what makes this place special. High quality, unique ingredients such as fire sauce, chili garlic, and Serrano peppers which create an inferno of flavor. I am looking forward to trying other specialty rolls as this one was amazing.

I got the ronin roll and it was amazing! The chef does such a good job. Definitely new favorite sushi spot in SCV. Also they have a great vegan option called the Avocutie and it was so yummy. Check it out!

I’ve lived in SCV for 18 years and personally tried many different sushi restaurants. Recently tried Ronin Kitchen, a ghost kitchen with excellent sushi. Initially unsure about delivered sushi, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I tried three rolls – Krakatoa, Aloha, and the standout Slap Yo Mama Roll. Krakatoa had a delightful spice, Aloha was unique with fresh shrimp, but my favorite was the Slap Yo Mama Roll, featuring top-notch Bluefin Tuna and exceptional sauces. Ronin’s Kitchen earns a perfect 5-star rating from me due to their dedication to quality. I’ll continue supporting this exceptional culinary venture.

Ate here at their soft launch and the food was so incredible. The atmosphere of this hub is so welcoming, they even have a photo booth in the lobby to take pics with your friends while you wait. I like that you can take your food to go or eat it there and everything is virtual! I ordered the Drew Sifers Roll and California Roll, both absolutely delicious. This is my new go-to spot for sushi. Thank you Chef Mel for crafting sushi from the gods!!

This is some of the freshest most delcious sushi I have ever had.
I have tried 6 or 7 different rolls and they were all spectacular. The fish is fresh and the sauces that are made in house are very tasty. The sashimi is very fresh and delicious. This is definitely our family’s new go to place for sushi.

I’m always looking for great sushi in the Santa Clarita area and ronins will be my number one sushi spot from now on.What ever roll you get you will know that it has big portions and great flavors especially the slap to mama roll!!!! I would recommend this spot to anyone and I will definitely be back soon.

I went to Ronin kitchen a couple days ago and it was so good! I would like to call myself a sushi connoisseur and from how my experience went there was the best! I love how affordable and dress the sushi was! I went there for a quick bite to eat and boy was it quick! The service was efficient and prompt! The chef even came out and greeted me with my food and I could feel the passion from our conversation, and also taste the passion in the food! YUM! Let’s just say I will get going back there very soon

My wife and I moved to Santa Clarita recently and wanted try a sushi place in the area. We found Ronin Kitchen and it blew our mind. We got the Murica! Roll, Ronin Roll, and Super Crunch Roll. We loved all 3 of them! We weren’t sure if moving to Santa Clarita was the right decision since the area doesn’t have as much sushi option like Orange County. But after having dinner at Ronin Kitchen, we’re more than satisfied with the sushi in our area! Thanks Ronin! Keep up the good work!
