This location has been open for maybe a week. It was the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever been to. There were many employees there, some just hanging out like it’s social hour. Wearing slides on their feet instead of proper shoes. All we ordered was cookies. No one informed us there would be a wait. Almost 15 min later we finally asked for a refund due to no one communicating with us or any other customers there waiting. There were customers that had been there waiting for their food orders longer than us. Oh and the trash was overflowing. With all the people there “working” there’s zero excuse for this. We will not be returning.

I’ve gone here at least every other week since it’s been open and sucks every time. It always takes forever 20+ minutes and there’s always something wrong with my order. Either something’s missing or they made it wrong. Plain cheeseburger? No cheese. Ordered cookies? No cookies. And every time I get cookies they’re never there. I waited once and it took so long the rest of my food was cold. One time they gave us 8 burgers when we only ordered 4. This is the closest McDonald’s to me and by the time I’m on my way home I could’ve already been home if I went to a further one. They’re definitely not under-staffed so I have no idea why it takes so extremely long.

NEES TO BE CLOSED. SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. IT SHOULD NEVR TAKE 23 minutes for two hash browns. Or 36 for a sweet tea and one hash brown. They have half the menu each time I’ve came or anyone I know has came. They let you place the order online then tell you they don’t have it or it’s been lost.

Just when I thought the McDonald’s experience couldn’t get any worse this one opened and unfortunately it is close to my house.
I decided to order in when I saw the line of cars outside and the minute I entered the building I should’ve known better than to continue. The lobby was full of people, none of which had food.
All except one kiosk was out of order. I proceeded to order exactly one happy meal for my young daughter.
I proceeded to stand there for 37 minutes!
The employees avoided to even make an appearance at the front counter, nearly the whole time. The food that was given out to folks in the lobby, almost always had an issue or was inaccurate .
After watching two people, miraculously get a hold of an actual employee and demand a refund I followed suit.
I should’ve left earlier, but my daughter was hungry and I had already invested so much time. The “manager“ agreed to refund my money. I suggested that he also give me the food I ordered which he did.
There was a lady who had been there even longer than me probably 40 minutes plus, jumped at the sight of a manager, and also demanded a refund at the same time I did.
She suggested that she also receive her food due to waiting so long to which the manager declined and said her order was too large…
The entire experience was a joke, I could have went and had a sit down restaurant experience, in under the amount of time it took me to receive a single happy meal if upper management or even the McDonald’s corporation cared,l in even the slightest, they would shut this location down, retrain or something.

Be careful when ordering as the staff are deaf They obviously didn’t hear what I ordered and gave me the wrong order. I drove through the drive-through and made my way to my destination to find that my order was completely wrong. I guess I wouldn’t expect anything different from McDonald’s..

Bro tell me why I have to wait OVER 45 MINUTES for 2 small sandwiches and a medium fry in the drive thru? All employees came to the drive thru window asking me what my order was as if they lost it???! There was ONE competent employee carrying the whole store, the manager was absolutely no help she was really just hiding in the manager’s office. I was never offered compensation for my wait, instead most of the employees gave me attitude because I was STILL waiting. This is normal for this particular McDonalds.

Gotta show some love to these people the good ones… lol i go here consistantly because of its convenience and more times than not the food is fresh and the service is friendly. Ive also been there when they get slammed busy and can say that they definatly need a better system and more training. The staff normally is about doing the right thing but fall into those sort of millenialisms sometimes. Just went there tonight and got coffee and a meal. Coffee was hot and fresh fries crispy and hot and delicious.

I ordered 2 bacon McDoubles and instead I got 2 cheeseburgers. Also, the wait time was ridiculous for a small order, the place wasn’t full, they asked me to stop at drive thru number 1 spot and waited for about 10 minutes, they forgot my fries, waited for 2 more minutes and this is what I got! Never thought about leaving a review for McDonalds but really bad service for a new location.

Everyone is always nice but it is definitely the SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. It’s to the point I will drive out of my way to go to another one and actually hate going to this one. Sometimes all I order is a Diet Coke and I still have to wait at the window. If I get one happy meal they usually have me pull forward and wait forever. I appreciate everyone being kind but I honestly don’t know why the service is always so backed up.
