I noticed that it’s mostly run by women and they all seemed extremely active and ready to help!
There was a really old man sitting next to my table, who had difficulty slicing his beard, one of the staff stood next to him and helped make small slices of everything on his plate and made sure he was comfortable and kept checking on his plate and coffee glass regularly!

We have been coming to this establishment for 25+ years and it is always been good until today. I understand nobody’s perfect. When it was brought to their attention that the hash-browns were burnt beyond extra crispy, they just reminded me that I asked for extra crispy and they’ll let the kitchen know. Anybody that has ever eaten a burnt potato knows the bitter taste that it has, and how it will ruin your taste buds for the rest of your food and for sometime after. Thanks a lot guys for your lack of understanding. I didn’t make a big deal about it and you hardly acknowledged the situation. I will change my ordering techniques in the future to help you avoid a mistake like this next time. We will just have to sum this up as a bitter breakfast.
