Loved this food truck! The owners are seriously the nicest people ever, so friendly and welcoming. The birria tacos, wings and fries were hot and made fresh! I’ll definitely be back to try more!

The food was perfect, definitely a 10/10 experience. Everything was so good, the meat was juicy and tender and the wings were perfectly sauced. The birria fries were amazing and there was a generous portion of everything. The service was incredible and the owner was so sweet and talkative. Will be returning immediately lol.

The staff are super friendly and personable! They make your food with patience but fast enough to satisfy your wait time. Today was my second time at their smiths location in summerlin. I order 3 birria tacos and an horchata! I thought it was so cute how they package the horchata in a reusable plastic bottle. Always happy to see them in the smiths parking lot on Saturday nights and so happy to see them get picked for the best taco truck in Las Vegas! They are so excited to share the news yet so humble about it.

WOW!! Omg!!! Finally some amazing tacos close by!!! The RIB TACOS are unbelievable!! I couldn’t even wait long enough to get a picture before starting to dig in, they smelled MOUTHWATERING…then there was no turning back. Luckily, they give 2 full ribs per taco, so you can eat one while taking the other one off the bone for the taco
My first thought: no sauce? Omg no sauce needed with this smoky flavor! The owner said they smoke the ribs for 9 hours and you can taste it!…if that wasn’t enough, once you add the SALSA you will be immediately transported to a multi-dimensional experience during which your taste buds will meet the Creator, themselves. I’m not kidding. Everything is so fresh. The tortilla was clearly made from scratch, in addition to everything else!
We ordered a birria taco which was yummy as well but had no light left after the rib taco stole the show, and our hearts. ….but we didn’t stop there
We added the chicken wings and fries and oh my goodness..the Asian Zing wings are like nothing else. It has like a peanut sauce kind of flavor to it and I just wish I had more to drink it; it was that good! The fries are regular crinkle fries but dip those fries in the HOMEMADE RANCH?! Deliiicious!!!! The ranch is soo good!! Very heavy on the dill which I appreciate so much!! Will be ordering an extra side of that next time.
The owner (or associate?) was outside the truck talking with us while we ordered and waited, and was super welcoming and friendly. Seem like genuinely good people serving genuinely good food here ☺️ He even gave us a free Mango juice, which was so delicious and fresh! Like drinking a mango. You can taste the love in this food. Win for the neighborhood, thank you guys!!

My family and I wanted to some Mexican food tonight. I found Romo Tacos on the internet and it has high ratings, so we gave it a try. We ordered birria tacos with onions, cilantro, and consome, fried roll chicken tacos topped with creme and parmesan cheese, el pastor street tacos, asada street tacos, chicken quesodilla, and horchata drink. All comes with mild or hot sauce and sliced limes. Birria tacos packed full of flavor, and the consome was very tasted. The street tacos could have more flavor, a little bland for my taste. Same for the rolled chicken tacos. Chicken quesodilla was okay. Horchata could have come in a larger size, too. The disappointment was they did not serve puffy tacos anymore and were out of their mango drink. Overall I would recommend this place.

We checked out this place tonight. Arrived around 7 and there was no one there. It is a little windy, so it’s a little chilly. We bought three orders of birria tacos, two puffy tacos, two Al pastor tacos, and a chicken milenesa sandwich to go.
We waited about 20 minutes, which wasn’t bad and we had a great conversation with the owners.
After getting home, everything looked pretty good. It was apparent that things have cooled down and gotten a little soft. I think if we were to eat it on site, this would be a non issue.
The birria meat and consume needed a little salt, and a little more meat in the tacos with a little less cheese. But they cooked the meat perfectly.
Al pastor was ok, puffy tacos were something that needed to be eaten there for sure. But I really enjoyed the texture and flavor. The green chili was the best. Definitely need to pair that with the puffy tacos.
Chicken sandwich was good, heavy on the spread they put on the bread. For some reason I thought that it came with tomatoes, and I think it would have been better with them.
Overall it was good food, I think it could deal with some tweaks. But I would go back again for sure when I get the urge again.
The customer service is too notch, and it’s worth going to back just to support local. Thank for dinner tonight! We appreciate it!

Alex is super cool and the food was Amazing! I had birria tacos and they were heavenly, not too oily and not too heavy, but 4 was still plenty to fill me up comfortably and i didn’t feel gross or bloated after. The horchata was delicious as well and absolutely hit the spot after eating the tacos! Definitely going to come back again and slowly work my way through the rest of the menu.

You can tell the food is made with love. Had the Birria Tacos and the Strawberry Habanero Wings. Had a subtle sweetness and a nice kick, but not overbearing. My mouth is drooling now writing this. Needless to say, it’s been a long time since I truly enjoyed some good wings. (Birria tacos smacked too, definitely above standard. However, the wings took the highlight for me this time.) I will definitely be coming back in the future for more.

THIS FOOD TRUCK IS A MUST!! We got to the food truck during their final hour and WOW, WOW, WOW!! Amazing food and even more amazing… the customer service.❤️ Alex welcomed us and made us feel like we were a part of their family. There was no dead air as we talked and laughed while the food was being prepared and cooked up. Alejandra’s cooking skills are TOP KNOTCH. She made us take a bite of each food item we ordered and each bite left us wanting more! We got the birria tacos, asada tacos, al pastor tacos, and tacos locos topped with birria. OMG… the food was sooooooooo delicious!! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Romos!! We will definitely be back!
