Update: got some food poisoning. Spent the night and half the day so far on the toilet. Never coming back.

Stopped in after going to oaks park. Got a couple burritos. The food was nothing special for sure. Canned refried beans with no seasoning, probably yesterdays rice and warmed up meat. Much like and roach coach burrito; But the difference was the salsa! I enjoyed both the red and green. The flavor was just what this plain burrito needed. I doubt I’ll get anymore food from there; but, I may stop and get some salsa to go. Delicious!

I discovered Romero’s Salsa at the farmers market and I fell in love with their guacamole. I would always stop by Romero’s Kitchen to check if they have their guacamole containers available. They always sell out and it’s only available during the farmers market season. It’s very fresh tasting and there’s no preservatives! It has the perfect chunky consistency, which I love. I bought 2 this time and they gave me a free one! So generous!

I’ve been eating here at least once a week for months. Really great food, the salsa verde is especially good. Everything is fresh, good quality.

I’ve been living in the neighborhood and this spot has been my go to take out meal every week. The food always has been amazing and the workers are very professional, friendly, and know exactly what I want before ordering. If you haven’t been here you need to fix that immediately and pick up their delish salsa that is far better than what you can get at any store.

We stopped off at this food cart on a whim and discovered a GEM!!!! Romero’s Kitchen is absolutely fire!!!! The tacos are reminiscent of true Mexican street tacos and the salsa is amazing, truly nothing was bad. Even the rice and beans was super authentic tasting! Found my new favorite spot and will be back for sure ❤️

If their tacos were cooked to order they would be 10/10 the best in town. The food is excellent but the meat tends to be pretty dry as though it hasn’t been cooked recently. The people are very friendly and have great customer service. I would eat there once a week if they cooked the meat right then and there. I don’t mind waiting for really good food. I might ask for that next time I go in. They have the best potential. I hope they use it.

Amazing salsa, tacos and burritos. My husband will only eat Romero’s salsa now after trying it at the farmers market. We’re so happy to have their food cart semi close by.

I love their salsa that is sold in stores so I was excited to try their food too. The food is very, very average, if not below. The chicken in the tacos was dry. The carnitas was fine. Asada fries were below average. Prices seem high for what you get. I’ll probably go back again to see if it was just an off day. I went on a Sunday evening.

I ordered the enchilada plate (because apparently they couldn’t make tacos) and my partner got the asada burrito. The enchiladas were the smallest I’ve ever had. The sauce was good but there was such a small amount of meat in them. The salsa was decent. The burrito was average. Thank goodness I had my own chips at home to fill me up. $32 including tip was a bit steep.

This is our family staple. We’ve tried everything, but typically order chicken quesadillas, asada tacos and a side of beans and rice. And of course their signature salsa and guacamole. Tasty tasty tasty! Thank you romeros for being our favorite.
