Romero’s has absolutely amazing customer service. I went to get a to go order last night and not only did I get food for a family of 4 for only $25 but the bottom fell out and was an extremely heavy down pour when I got my food. One of the servers seen it and told me to hold on then ran to the back and got an umbrella and walked me to my car so I didn’t get wet! They will forever have my business!

The waitress brought us stale chips and never took our order. Waited for 15min on our lunch and finally decided to leave. Waitress asked were we ready to order as we were walking out the door. Never coming back!
