1st, if there is powder involved in making a milkshake – I mean, is it oat, almond or what? Confused. What flavors the milkshake? Sounded troubling and not of any degree of quality. Perhaps lucky as shake machine was down. $5 for the size of coleslaw that is an add-on and forget that the slaw had no cabbage freshness. The chicken nuggets, a joke and soggy aka over oil. The quality is subpar at best. There was a bit of transparency, yet not a place I will be revisiting. Do better. Know it comfort vegan food, yet step it up in quality to aspire beyond sheer junk food for what I got. Tossed in the trash.

I love the food here; too bad I only got one of the items two of the items I paid for. I ordered an all-American combo with tater tots and a strawberry, a side of ranch, an order of fries and an Oreo shake. The fries I ordered with points. I got fries, the burger, and the strawberry lemonade.
The arrival time of the delivery became an hour over what was originally stated and almost made me late for an appointment.
The food I did receive was good, as always. However, I just wish I had either gotten what I paid for got my money back. I didn’t have time to call the restaurant and make it right because, as I mentioned before, the almost two hour delivery was making me late to another event.
The delivery guy was cool. He had a ton of deliveries, and going from having one stop before me to four really sucked.
I’m not from NC and look forward to eating at Romeo’s when I’m in Greensboro or Charlotte. I don’t know if the Greensboro location will get my business anymore, though.

Just recently got a take-out order as a first time customer. Food was very good. Got the Tobacco Road burger. Good flavor. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. The amount of sauce was lacking though. A tiny cup not even half full. And customer service was non-existent. When I arrived to pick up my order there were no other customers. Was not greeted. Said hello and got no response. Was just stared at until I mentioned my online order. Was handed the bag but again no communication and no checking to see if I needed anything.

I’ll be honest—I was a little skeptical at first. I saw them on social media and figured I might as well try the special. Trust me, it was shockingly good. The service was super friendly, and the place has a really cool, eclectic vibe. But the real star is the food—it’s absolutely fire. I’m definitely not a vegan (I love my meat), and this didn’t taste like anything vegan I’ve had before. This spot seriously impressed me, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Not bad not bad the drinks(Tea was a 8.5 out of 10) Cups too small/the the burger was a 8 out of 10( too many onions) but to be a vegan burger and it’s my first time here and trying vegan food at all left a great impression. they was not even busy Store was clean clerk was super friendly. the chillies cheese fries was excellent but again too many onions ruined it I give it a 8 out of 10 but excellent overall experience I will be coming back with other ppl for sure.Great job.

Sometimes you just want a burger and fries but made vegan…this is the place! The Where Art Thou Romeo and fries with the house dipping sauce is my favorite. Even my non vegan husband loves Romeo’s. So excited to try this place out! Walking in the door the staff immediately greeted me and was super friendly. The burger was delicious and the chili cheese fries are the best I’ve had. The shakes were yummy but just a little on the thick side. Thoroughly enjoyed this vegan fast food experience and would recommend to everyone to try it out. When I’m back in town I’d absolutely eat here again. Really wish you’d open a Wilmington location next
