Romeo’s went above and beyond to help me out when my oven broke. I had plans to make a demogorgan pizza for my kids to celebrate the Stranger Things finale on New Years Eve. I posted on Facebook asking if any pizza places nearby would be willing to make this for us. Ginger from Romeo’s reached out quickly saying they could do it! I live on the far south side of Lakeland and was home with three kids, so I told her thank you but the one hour round trip would be too far to pickup. Anna, one of the owners, sent her son Luigi to deliver our pizzas!! It was exactly what I asked for. Not only did they capture my vision for the pizza, it tasted amazing. The crust was nice and crispy, the dough soft and pillowy, and the sauce was perfect. Romeo’s went out of their way to complete our Stranger Things party and I am so grateful for this amazing customer service.

So great! We had the meat lovers pizza, takeout. When we got there they were very busy, but immediately we saw friendly faces and were genuinely welcomed. Our food was ready fast. Give them a try if you’re in the area
*Update: we ate in this time, and couldn’t be happier with the service and the way this place feels like home welcoming and helpful staff, better than delicious food, and a really decent price too. There’s nothing that isn’t good here the photos don’t do any of these meals justice- go try them for yourself!

Visited tonight and had the worst experience ever. Ordered our food and received our appetizer in a decent time. However, 45 minutes later we had not received our main course. Our waitress asked about our food and the cook in the back said it had not been started. She then went to the very rude woman at the register to let her know we were canceling our order. At that point I had already walked up so we could pay for our appetizer and our teas. The rude bison behind the register (not sure if she was an owner or just a manager) started yelling “are you kidding me”. I tried to explain that we had been waiting for 45 minutes which she then yelled “45 minutes is nothing”. I tried telling her we wanted to pay for what we had got and she did not need to get rude and yell at me. This place needs to decide whether they are a dine in or take out restaurant as they can not handle both. The takeout orders were flying out the door and dine in orders were being neglected. The hour that we did sit there I only saw one or two orders come out to the tables. Overall experience terrifying due to the unhinged behavior of the large angry woman behind the counter. This is one place you could not pay me to return too. I felt sorry for the wait staff

Best garlic knots I have ever eaten, salads were good, pizza is awesome, crust was amazing made you want to eat the entire piece. They try to be very accommodating if you have a few people in your party, very hospitable always cheerful.
Love this place so glad it’s close to my home!

I’ve never had a bad experience at Romeo’s. We’ve been coming here for so long. The Penne Alla Vodka is amazing! The creamy texture and slight al dente pasta! The Pizza is so delicious! The Garlic Knots are huge and 5 a them is more than enough to spit, maybe. Their Chicken Tenders are fantastic and I’ve even had the Kids Spaghetti and Meatballs and it was enough for 2 adults!!! My Mom is now in love with they Meatballs. My Hamza always gets recognized in their when he picks up! If y’all haven’t been to Romeo’s you’re missing out. The Folks that own/run the pave have a great team working for/with them! Always a great meal!!!

This place is straight !! Today was First time ordering from Romeo’s. I will definitely be back. The customer service was 2nd to none. The staff and owner made me feel like family. If that wasn’t enough, the food was Fantastic. I ordered a sausage/cheese pizza. They used ground sausage. I’ve Never had the ground sausage pizza thing. So good! Definitely going to be my new pizza spot.
Ps.. you have to try the garlic knots. They are delicious and crispy on the bottom. You’ll thank me later.
