Just tried it for the first time. Got a simple pepperoni hand tossed. Ordered it well done and they did a great job. Cheese, dough, and pepperoni were all good quality. Their sauce, which is like their specialty, was excellent. I will be back

I had a thin crust pepperoni pizza and it was excellent! Ready in 15 minutes after I placed order.
Great service too. I had a certificate I got in the mail for a free pizza (I recently moved) and I ordered a salad too. However, they were out of lettuce! So I gave him a good tip and took the pizza home. Good stuff!

I ordered online for delivery. We got a deep dish pizza and stuffed cheese bread. This is not my first time ordering from Romeo’s and every other time it’s been perfect. Tonight however was not.
Our food is delivered and upon opening the pizza box I notice it looks like a piece is missing. Count the slices and there’s 7 when there’s supposed to be 8.
I call the store and whoever I spoke to got extremely rude, I’m assuming it’s the manager since they didn’t mention their name, said he was just walking in and when the driver got back he’d ask them if something happened like “they dropped a piece while cutting it.” The fact that he thought that was a good reason to send out and incomplete pizza is crazy to me. He offered to refund the order and I told him I’d rather just have a new pizza sent out since we didn’t know if someone had done something to the one we got. His response to that was “I don’t know what you want me to do, I can either refund the order or you can come up to the store and get a new pizza because once my driver gets back they have another delivery” Keep in mind this was a DELIVERY order. The driver had been tipped and I wasn’t driving 20 minutes to get a new pizza when it was their mistake.
I finally told him to just refund the order and he said ok and hung up without another word. Completely unacceptable behavior even if he wasn’t a manager. I’ve worked in multiple pizza places when I was younger and I would never think to talk to a customer that way. Probably won’t ever order from here again. Already put in a contact to corporate about this incident.
The stuffed cheese bread was good, even though I didn’t get the Capone sauce that I asked for.
Update: it’s been 3 days and the order has still NOT been refunded.

I have an 8 year old son who generally dislikes pizza. Romeos is his favorite.
To my own fault i accidentally ordered my pizza wrong. Called and asked if they could remake them. They were so kind and nice and offered to remake them, no problem.
Anytime we order pizza, we wont be going anywhere else, but romeos. Thank you for impeccable service.

The pizza is good, but they do not pay attention to the order. I would recommend pick up vs delivery and ALWYS check the order. Four times now we’ve been charged for extra sauces without receiving them. When I picked up this last order I asked if the sauces were in the box, she said “Yes”. I opened the boxes and was missing the ranch for the wings and 2 other sauces we were clearly charged for.

Used an online coupon to try this place out. Placed order over phone and showed up 20 mins later and my pizza eas ready straight from the oven. Tasted great. Looked great. Was great. No marks for atmosphere as there isn’t a true dining area. Pick up the pie and go. The Capone Sauce is great as well.

Not horrible. Not great. I was supposed to have garlic butter with my bread sticks and was given marinara. The pizza isn’t anything special. They have a sweet sauce for people who like that.
Not something that I would order again for myself, but I wouldn’t turn it away if someone else bought it. ♀️

First time trying Romeo’s and I was not disappointed. Ordered a Butchershop and a custom with sausage, meatballs, mushrooms
and green peppers, both were amazing. Dough was nice and thick yet airy and fluffy. The sauce was nice and sweet, the meat was plentiful and tasted great. Overall there was nothing negative I could say about the pizza. We also ordered some bbq wings to give them a try and the sauce was good but most importantly they WERE DONE ! So many times we get undercooked wings but these were nice and crispy and cooked all the way through. Overall great job and we will definitely be back.

Pick up was smooth, and pizza had a nice weight to it. When we got home (10min drive), pizza was still hot, and I have to say the Capone sauce, perfect for crust dipping! We ordered a large cheese, hand tossed. Both crust and cheese were good. The tomato sauce is definitely on the sweet side. Overall, it’s okay.

What would have been my first time trying was just a bummer. Our office ordered lunch and I ordered a salad. They sent a pepperoni pizza because they didn’t have lettuce. Why do you not have lettuce when you serve salads? I will never come here.
