Veggie pizza was cooked to perfection and tastes amazing! I ordered online, and when I picked it up she apologized there were no olives because they were out of them. I said I wish I would’ve known I would’ve had you put extra mushrooms on and she offered to fry some up real quick while I waited. I declined, the pizza was loaded with veggies and the texture was perfect! This was my third time ordering from there, and I have not been disappointed. Keep up the good work, Romeos!

Ordered an XL Tuscan pizza with doible pepperoni and a 16 oz coke. First off having it delivered cost us $42… Wow!! There was hardly any pepperoni on it and it definitely was not tuscan pepperoni. Order from Cuyahoga Falls on a regular basis and never have a problem. Never again!!!

We love Romeo’s pizza! Tonight I placed an order online and accidentally submitted the order without double checking. After it ended up printing funny on the ticket, Alisha Smith called me to verify my order (which was in fact incorrect). I was so glad she called to correct it! She’s truly an asset to this location as most would have just made it as the ticket stated.

Tried to place an order online . It charged my card immediately but then threw up an error saying it could not go thru . When I called the store I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes to have an extremely rude man come on the line and seem annoyed that im asking questions as to the order I was charged for but he did not get. When asked when the money would be refunded onto my card he said he didnt kno . Terrible customer service . Will go else where for my order and wont order here again

Tonight’s pizza was done perfectly and as expected. Not burnt, asked for lite baked online, extra sauce, everything was awesome. Alot if flavor!! Honestly my new favorite pizza place. Garlic sauce I think was better than papa johns.

We have always been a huge supporter of Romeos pizza…. but what the heck happened? Our pizza was terrible. I ordered their all meat pizza and it looked totally different. I’ve been ordering it for years. The toppings were small and tasted like it was cheap frozen pizza toppings. We also bought boneless wings and they were super bland and overly processed. Nothing like they used to be. I paid a premium expecting the great food I used to get. I feel like I got punked. I really want my money back. Did you guys change to cheaper food? I used to rave about the sweet tasting pizza sauce and did not taste it at all. I could have done better at a gas station. UPDATE: I called the store after leaving my review and the manager Alicia was so awesome, and understanding. If there was any reason I go back there to eat, it would be because of her ability to listen to me on the phone

Several times we have ordered here and they are always out of something and therefore not able to make subs. A few times it was bread they were out of another time it was lettuce. They also didn’t have green pepper tonight for a pizza topping. Tonight we got food and the pizza was undercooked (there was still dough in the middle) the pizza is never cut through. This is the second time in a row that we’ve had to come home and cut the pizza. My sub wasn’t even hot. The sandwich wasn’t toasted probably for more than 3 minutes. Probably won’t be going back until they get some better help.

The store has good food, but we didn’t care for the buffalo chicken pizza! Way too much ranch and that made the pizza soggy, so we had to use a fork and we threw most of it away other than 2 slices that we tried. I love there regular pizza a there wings were really good as well. Thanks for having it ready when we came to pick it up.

We have ordered in the past and recently they ran out of chicken wings now this has happened a couple of times also they run out of salads don’t understand that but maybe who is ordering the food you get enough especially on a weekend as far as the pizza goes it’s good but after this weekend will never order again just because they continuously run out of wings and salads.
