Last 2 times I stopped in to get lunch around 11.30 -12N couldn’t take my order 1st time no buns for subs 2nd time to busy doing a school order . I’ve actually been standing in there when I over hear the person in charge tell the employees stop answering the phones. Good way to run a business I’m done with them . Went down street got the same quality of food for less money. Good luck you won’t be in business long when your service stinks .

Had a challenging experience with this Romeo’s location. Ordered a half pound of wings extra well done. Usually there is five or six average sized wings in a half pound order, but today there were only four small ones. I called up to the location to ask about them and my question wasn’t well received. When I asked for a manager, the person on the phone said that’s to whom I was speaking. They were defensive when I spoke to them. When I said I usually get six for half a pound, they said sometimes happens, but today it’s four. The four wings, when weighed at home, were only a little over four ounces. I know there’s some loss during the cooking process, but they lost four ounces? Did they consider that the scale might be wrong? Or one or two wings were dropped on the floor?

Out of the million or so pizza joints in and around the Akron Oh area Romeo’s sits solidly in the number 1 position.
‘Italiano’ (chicago style deep dish) is amazing, as well as ‘Tuscan’ style. Ingredients are fresh and the sauce is fantastic.

We order from here a lot. I haven’t said anything the past few times. But this was the last straw.
Ordered mild wings. They give me hot wings that are freezing cold. And also only give us 4 wings. Lol adding to review. Owner never replied back when you give email to make things right. His reply backs are just for show. Terrible ownership. And we used to order there all the time.

I ordered with DoorDash and ordered my sauce on the side. They sent bbq rubbed wings. I was told to contact DoorDash but DoorDash said it’s the restaurant’s problem. Romeo’s told me three times it was my mistake. I have the screenshot of my order, I ordered sauce on the side. I’m out my money and time spent battling them . Heads up, if you want to be called a liar, order from this place!

Such a scam, most expensive pizza place and constantly delivering food room temp. This is the third time it has happened and I’m no longer interested in bothering to support a local business that doesn’t provide value for the money we spend. With tip and delivery fee we spend approx 15$ for delivery 2 miles away every time we order, for not even warm food. It’s too bad the best pizza in town is managed like all the other food places here. Won’t be back.

Amazing sauce, which is key to a great pizza on my book. If I don’t like the sauce, chances are I am not gonna return. But it’s just right. Will definitely be ordering again. It’s a little higher on the price, but it’s well worth it.

Just received my online order of a large half pep, half sausage. It came severely cit up in1/2 inch slices, it was cold, the pieces were all spread around the box. I called romeos and told them. They said they would give me a free pizza next time but that did nothing for this horrid pizza right now??? There wasn’t even enough for my family to eat!
