It’s not always about the mistakes, but how you respond to them- my order was accidentally left at the wrong door, but the driver called to let me know the order was dropped off, and quickly corrected when I told him it was not delivered. I saw I was also given the wrong order, but was close enough to my original order so didn’t say anything. Unprompted, they called me from the store to tell me about the error and offered a refund. Honest service!

Shay said she was the general manager and hung up once I asked to remake pizzas that were made incorrectly. I called back and was laughed at and hung up on. It is completely disrespectful and I am irate. I will now just dispute the charge and go elsewhere. How are you delivering the wrong pizzas and then upset that I want the correct order?

Placed order online. Coupons available, very affordable! Cooked perfectly (my wife and daughter swear by Romeo’s) they enjoy the sweet sauce! The crust was soft on the inside with the perfect crunch on the outside. Not over cooked or undercooked! My family and I enjoyed dinner this evening! Thank you to the team that prepared the pizza!

The dough was so old and bad. Not even cooked all the way the cheese wasn’t even melted. Every time I order from Brook Park it’s trash and bad. Berea is better and nicer staff. I have a family of six, so I spend a lot of money. What a waste and we are all still hungry.

February 2022 – I wanted a good pizza and was curious about the Romeo’s chain. I ordered the lunch special stromboli with 3 toppings in it (pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms).
Pros:
* Stromboli was good with the crust cooked the way that I like it…crispy, not overly so.
* Very reasonable pricing for lunch.
* Good food. The marinara sauce was sweet, yet had a little zestiness to it.
Cons:
* It started getting busy and because the waiting area is very small, it is more convenient to wait in the car.
Conclusion: I will be back for round 2.

Upon picking up our pizzas staff was arguing amongst themselves until I walked in. We ordered two pizzas one the dough is super thin and maybe old and a little overdone, or the other one was okay.

We love Romeo’s. This was our last time ordering before we move to another city without a close Romeo’s. We are extremely disappointed with this recent order. The entire order was wrong besides the wings & breadsticks. The breadsticks barely have any cheese. We ordered a half sheet of pepperoni & mushroom & were delivered just pepperoni. We ordered a small butcher shop specialty pizza and received a small cheese only pizza (pictured below). We also had it delivered but the restaurant would not answer the phone when we were trying to inquire where the food was. My husband had to drive to the store to find it locked & closed up. He eventually got someone to come to the door & they said the driver was pulling into the driveway right then. Well he didn’t pull in right away. My husband was able to drive all the way home before the driver showed.
