Cheeseburger was ok, not great, the patty was seasoned. Mozzarella Sticks were out of a bag. Marinara was sweet, not a fan. However, the Capone Sauce is a winner. I was putting it on everything!!! The unit itself… Walking path out the front door, taped & faded signage. Was very warm inside. Service was nice, waited 7 minutes past quoted time, piece-mealed my order, almost forgot my sauce. When in Romeo’s!!!

Pizza was okay, but for a mushroom and extra cheese, I didn’t think there were many mushrooms and not much cheese. Or maybe I’m just used to pizza places that put a lot more on. Most places I don’t even add extra. Romeo’s was recommended by a couple different people, so I was surprised. Maybe different locations make it differently.

Kevin has shown a clear lack of managerial competence, marked by rude and unprofessional behavior. His conduct has negatively impacted loyal customers, who are now unwilling to buy your food. He mishandled our order, and the pizza quality was very disappointing. I returned the pizza without a refund.

It was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered a deluxe, garden salad, and spicy garlic wings. Food was amazing. Unfortunately, the wrong pizza was delivered. The employee offered to deliver a new pizza. I never received that pizza after waiting 1.5 hours I called and was told I had to use a credit on my next order. This is highly disappointing for my experience!

Food and Service was great 5-Star , but Atmosphere is -0- because I about suffocated picking up my order. It was so hot and I was only there for a few minutes. I felt so bad for the employees. Shame on this Romeo’s owner for not taking better care of this Team!
