The best pizza pie in the city! Hands down! If you want real, authentic deep dish pizza this is where you go or order!! I ordered lunch for my staff at the shop and everybody loved it! I called for a take out and they told me 45 minutes and I was cool with that, but then I saw the Romeo’s Pizza Van pulling up in front of my business 15 minutes later and hopped out with a big smile with my amazing pizza!! Thank all of you for making Romeo’s Pizza the Best Place for real authentic pizza in Ohio!

Typically had a good experience here until the last few months. The night of 07/23/23, whatever girl working the phone was extremely unhelpful, unpleasant, and just horrible to deal with. After waiting 90 minutes on a 40 min delivery I finally reached out to the store and she eventually reached out to her driver who was allegedly in an accident. Then she goes into a crazy rant about how she only has one person working at the store and it’s only her which honestly I don’t care, maybe don’t claim a 40 min delivery if that’s all true. Also your driver is totally fine but never thought to call her boss and say she wouldn’t be making a delivery? Super bizarre and not believeable. The girl working the phones the night of 07/23/23 around 7-8pm should be fired. She literally started screaming at me on the phone. Lastly I wanted to mention my last 2 deliveries were somewhat similar— deliver time said 40 mins when I places the order. I got no updates so I would check outside every 5 mins after 50 mins passed. Finally at 1 hour and 30 mins the pizza was just sitting on the front stoop of the apartment building where people walk. Overall this Romeos has been slipping. Looks like it’s time to find a new spot

Unbelievable. Waited an hour for my pizza. Called to inquire and was told it was going to be a while.I asked to cancel the order then. He laughed about it. I asked to speak to the manager. Was told the manager doesn’t want to talk to me. Unbelievably poor customer service. Will not be ordering there again.I now have no pizza and they have my money. There are too many other food options to have your customer service act this way.

About 50% of the time it’s just not good quality (especially the calzones). Still edible, but not great. I had one that was nearly burnt and this latest time they had the bread cooked about the perfect amount, but the insides were cold. The cheese was never fully melted. I don’t know what’s wrong with their process. If they increase their consistency, I’d give them a better rating.

Spender took care of it when there was a delivery mixup. They got me a replacement pizza and were very courteous. As for the pizza itself, nothing but good things to say and the sauce is AMAZING!! Will be back again.

Placed an order. Overcharged us, we drove 30 minutes each way – Morgan the “manager on duty” was unpleasant and rude. Didn’t apologize and immediately took the pizza back and said that there was nothing she could do.
