I have been buying pizzas from here for years. I play pool multiple days a week at bankshot. The vast majority of the time it’s a decent deal and good food. Lately.. since earlier this year.. no matter what is ordered via app is incorrect. Let me ask, does this look like a 614 pie? I asked the staff and they swear it is. I Like their pizza overall when it’s made correctly. App orders should not change the pre made pizza.

The last two times we ordered here the pizza has been quite burned. Not sure if it’s just this location as never had a burned pie from the Grandview location.
I’m sure if I called they would make me a new one, but we got it for pickup and don’t feel like waiting 15 minutes and driving 20 minutes roundtrip. Just feel like it’s pretty easy to do a spot check of the pizza before it goes out to prevent this.

Haven’t been in a long time. Ordered today. New ordering app was a mess. 1 hour wait time for pickup. No one at counter at arrival. Had to ask someone to check to see if my pizza was ready. Given a box with the correct order information. Got home and it was the wrong pizza in the box.

Nobody ever answers the phone, so I went in to order, and I heard on employee say, ” Don’t answer the phone”.
Next visit, I walk in and nobody asks how they can help. Just stare at you. Makes you feel weird.
Seems to be no supervision amongst these kids. The only ones that seem to be helpful are the girls there, if you’re luck enough to want pizza that night. Thinking about going to Papa John’s next time.

I used to love this location a lot because they made the cheese maniac calzones better than any of the other locations in my area. Unfortunately, my last two orders were not made properly. I ordered extra cheese, (3X extra fresh mozzarella, 3 times extra shredded cheddar cheese, and extra Romano). The last time I was here besides today, my order was not made properly because I didn’t get any extra cheese at all. I just figured maybe someone new made it and hopefully it was just a one time mess up. Today I decided to give it a second chance & ordered the same thing as before. Once again, I paid for a lot of extra cheese and didn’t get it. In the past when it was made properly, many times the cheese is coming out of the calzone as it is supposed to with extra cheese, but these last two orders cheese wasn’t even visible outside of the calzones and they hardly had any cheese inside! Please get back to the great service you provided before with order accuracy and at least give the customers what they paid for. Food still tasted delicious, but just wished it was made right. Thanks.

Disappointed in how this place has slipped. Pizza was lukewarm when delivered, and they didn’t provide the extra sauce we ordered. I tried calling, but no one answered. Used to be a good place for an affordable pizza. I would suggest you try elsewhere.

This location subcontracts to DoorDash when you order from the Romeo’s Pizza website without consent. My delivery took two hours to arrive, and one hour after DoorDash picked it up. When I called the store, I was told it was just picked up by DoorDash a little while ago, which was not true – more like 45 minutes ago. I have to wonder if they even transfer the 30% tip I put on the order to the DoorDash driver. This will be the last time we order from Romeo’s.

I want to know WHO MADE MY PIZZA. So I can schedule our pizza deliveries only on the days they are working. We requested extra onions on our pizza… We used to do this religiously and would sometimes even pay for TRIPLE onion at some pizza places and would get an embarrassing amount present for paying like $7 extra for the toppings. Per usual, the sauce and pizza was great BUT the onion proportions were awesome. Always love ordering from this location!

The reason why I love this place it is for its sauce me and my kids love their pizza. We have to travel almost 30 minutes away to get their pizza because we fell in love with it. Everything I leave their I spend around 60 to 80 dollars a time. This is me and my family hard earned money we didn’t have but choose to spend it on your establishment. This is the second time I picked up my order the sauce which we loved about this place is nonexistent the pizza is dry,burnt and the crust is so big you can’t taste nothing but dry burnt dough. I don’t want to give up on this place because this is the only place me and my kids always agree with but I can’t keep spending so much money on pizza that we can’t enjoy and little ceasers is right down the road for cheaper and at this point better quality. Please take care of your brand and reputation because we love you Romeo and don’t want you to become a distant memory.

We get Romeos all the time I called in today and placed an order for pick up XL cheese pizza. Got there and they didn’t start on it; no problem they are busy. As I waited nothing but disgusting language from the guys making it saying c**t this c**t that. When we got home to enjoy it the pizza is burnt, you’re crunching on it due being so dry and no sauce. This is the second it happened. I love Romeos but damn it’s getting disappointing.
