I love the food and their items are really good overall. However I did have a poor experience one day at this location. We ordered some subs and one of them had a plastic bread clip in it and the other had completely wrong toppings. It was also not under a heat lamp and wasnt the hottest. The cashier was nice but wearing headphones and did not show me my food or checked like other locations usually do. We still enjoyed it but quality control seemed to lack that time.

So I just moved to a place pretty close to here and figured on my moving day I would order from these guys. First they really are over priced. $68 for (4 20 oz waters which they didn’t even have but advertised online) 1 2 liter of Mountain Dew, 2 pizzas and a bacon cheese bread. The Pizza we got was the butchers meat pizza and Buffalo chicken I used a “coupon that was 2 large 1 toppings for 24.99 so obviously the math doesn’t work out on this and they were not one topping but there really was not a discount if I had done Domino’s I would have save $30+ but my biggest issue was the way things were handled. I called because neither pizza was that great for the cost. The Buffalo chicken was just falling off the crust and I’m pretty sure the crust was under cooked some see pic below When I called I was told they didn’t have the waters and she would refund me for that still waiting to see the refund and that I would be REQUIRED to get a credit only for another Buffalo chicken which I told her 3 times I didn’t really care for. So this is the main reason for 2 stars. How the issue was handled. Needless to say I won’t be using that credit as again I don’t care for that pizza based on my first experience. I regret ordering from them and won’t again. So if you decide to do business with them just know these things are possible. For being a “fast food pizza place” this was really good. Pizza was ready quickly, it was piping hot, and tasted pretty good. 3 XLs and 2 cheesy breads came out to $70. Which honestly is a pretty good deal these days.

This might be the worst customer service I’ve ever received.. I don’t even write reviews but this one deserves negative stars. I ordered a pizza 45 mins before they closed and they send me a text saying it was out for delivery. It’s 12:30am and It never showed up. Couldn’t call the store until the next morning since they closed at 11pm. Called the next morning and the manager started yelling at me like I was in the wrong. No free pizza or anything. Didn’t even offer to send pizza today or anything. Then hung up on me saying he didn’t care and couldn’t do anything about it. I’m big on being respectful to everyone but man this really had me heated. I’m telling you go to a different pizza place. This place needs to get shut down asap. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me in my 29 years of living.

We stopped in on a whim and definitely was not disappointed! The buffalo chicken pizza and cheesy breadsticks were AMAZING and I can’t say enough about the kindness of the staff. We will absolutely be back! Pizza is always the right answer! 🙂

I can’t rate service, or atmosphere, as I used a delivery service. I’ve had their pizza in the past, and have never been very excited about it. After several years of not having it, I gave it another chance…there was a buy a large pep get a free pep through uber eats. This is very average at best, basic, boring pizza. Not something you would ever crave, or really order, given other options in the area. The thin crust is comparable to Donatos, in terms of the thin crust, but the flavor is a lot better on a Donatos pizza. Which, is disappointing, because Danotos is not great at all either. There was pretty much zero sauce on it…dough/cheese/pepperoni. All in all, I will not order again, even with a free pizza coupon. 3/4th’s of one pizza was eaten, the free one will end up being tossed. Took them to a little get together, it was not well received by anyone. Why an entire pizza will go in the trash. I love a good cold pizza, but nope.

Best decision we made while visiting Columbus was getting a deep dish pizza. I’m all about the sauce and Romeos is great. Would not call this a true Chicago deep dish but uniquely very good. Crust was also baked to perfection. Used it to dip in the plentiful sauce. Must get sausage as one of your toppings. We did a pickup order.
