If I could give this store a 0 I would. I have gone in about 5 times in end of 2025 and 2026 and there is one guy who works there I don’t know his name but he is there every time I am there who is insanely rude and has a huge attitude and makes me hate going in there to pick up the food I ordered and paid for. One time I picked up my online order I place 15 minutes prior to arriving at the store and he said so rudely: dang did you guys just place the order?? We were like no like it’s not my fault you guys aren’t on top of your ordering ticket system. The same time we watched him yell at this old nice lady who was a delivery driver at the store working. Yelling at employees in front of customers waiting for their pizzas!!! Even when I am a door dashing picking up orders he is rude and I hate going in there. They always mess up my personal orders too never giving me extra sauces that I specifically I pay extra for and essentially steal my money every time without fail. Always super long wait times too. Never do the pizzas right either. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else: papa John’s, Pizza Hut, amatos, Delco, anywhere in Delaware do not give your money to this overpriced rude pizza place.

This location is an absolute embarrassment to the Romeo’s brand. Beyond over staffed yet some how still one of the most inefficient restaurants in Delaware. There are way too many pizza options in Delaware to be spending your money here.

This was the worst gluten free pizza I have ever had, couldn’t even eat it. Asked for well done and the cheese wasn’t even melted, crust like grainy sand paper. Costco frozen pizza is better than this. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered a few pizzas two days ago and saved one for today. Seen that there wasn’t extra cheese so I called in. The lady said no problem just come in and we will make you a new one. I am super impressed because they didn’t have to after two days. That’s great customer service.

We ordered a deep dish pizza. Delivery was quick and perfect! The pizza sauce is INCREDIBLY sweet, it had kind of a breakfast syrup aftertaste. I could see how some would enjoy it, it just wasn’t for me. The deep dish pizza isn’t truly a deep dish, it’s more of a thick crust pizza with standard toppings and a generous amount sauce. The sauce and “toppings” are just flip-flopped over the thick crust to give it the appearance of a true deep dish pizza. The thick bread and sugary sauce was so overwhelming, you couldn’t really taste the “toppings.” Given that they charge $2 + for each topping on a pizza that starts at $30 (with just cheese and sauce), it’s a pricey pizza that doesn’t deliver on several fronts.
