I ordered a large order from here for my birthday party. I put the order in 2 days before the party, I believe I was speaking with the manager (although I could be wrong) but the gentlemen who assisted me with my order over the phone was extremely attentive about the large order as well as professional and kind. He called me twice before my delivery to confirm everything and see if I needed any modifications. The large order arrived exactly on the dot at the time that I scheduled for delivery. Best Pizza in Boston, No Question
Rome’s Pizza is on a whole different level. Every time I order, the pizza is super fresh and the crust is that perfect thin, crispy style that cracks just right when you bite it. They’ve mastered the cheese-to-sauce ratio — not too heavy, not too light — just that perfect balance you always wish every other spot had.
The sauce alone deserves its own shoutout. It’s that ideal mix of sweet, tomato-forward flavor with a little savory kick. Tastes homemade, never watery, never bland.
On top of all that, the service is honestly beyond expectations. They’re always friendly, always on point, and I’ve literally never had an issue. It feels like they take pride in every order.

I called in a delivery order from two blocks away from the Tremont St Boston restaurant. Made sure to ask if they deliver, and the man said yes, I told him I’m paying cash… He said no problem. Over a half hour later he called saying that delivery driver complained that this delivery would “take too long, it’s too busy right now.”. I was on Avenue d’ Lafayette and it’s completely dead for traffic, Friday night 830 PM. I’m a limousine driver and an in the limo! The Guy who took the order KNEW this! All he could say was ” sorry boss” … Even after I told him it’s very quiet over here. I’m parked because my customers are inside the Opera House and no way I could risk Attempting to pick up myself… because it’s on Tremont St!! Very unprofessional and lazy. That driver lost a $20+ TIP I was prepared to give him. They got One Star because there isn’t a ZERO STAR option. 1/9/2026, not raining and almost 50 degrees temp outside. Terrible”customer service ”

I’m not inconsiderate and wouldn’t order from across Town for a lousy sub and an appetizer! My review would be 0 stars if it was an option. You called me closer to 930 to tell me you couldn’t do the job. You left me at that point with Zero options, because THAT’S the time the theaters are letting out. A. You should have called me sooner.
B. Shows get out at 10:00 & after.
“I’m sorry Boss” is just simply unacceptable lousy customer service George. Don’t back pedal and make up different excuses for the Google Review after the fact and change your wording and Excuse for not getting me my food order
