David’s earliest memories were making pizzas with his dad so it was just a matter of time before David would take ownership of Roma’s Pizza of Palm City. Opening in 1992 by Pasquale Brancaccio it has remained in the family through David’s father Natale and now David. The sense of family transcends through the friendly environment and personal attention given to each customer. As you enter you are greeted by David himself and met with the countless regulars that have continued to frequent Roma’s since the opening in 1992. Throughout the years, Roma’s has been serving authentic Italian cuisine using only the best ingredients.

The wings had feathers on them, I threw out the whole order. I’m still sick thinking about it. The garlic knots were dry, I guess they are trying to save on butter and garlic. I’ve eaten here many times. Worst food by far. The philly cheese sandwich was fair, I would not recommend.

TERRIBLE first and last time we will ever order from here. Got a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese and paid $29. Each slice had one piece of sausage and two pepperonis and there is barely any cheese. AND 3 inches worth of crust . Biggest RIP OFF and disappointment. I’ll be sure to let everyone know in Palm City.

At first, I had nothing but wonderful experiences here. But lately, the staff is so rude when i’m coming to pick up my order, as if I’m “inconveniencing” them to actually do some work. The only ones that help me are usually the wait staff that’s working the floor, while other people from the back or register, may give me my order, its with a major attitude though. Food is great 95% of the time, service is less than.

I placed an online order for an antipasto salad and 10 wings. When the order was placed, 45 minutes was needed to complete the order. I arrived on site 50 minutes later only to find the order was not ready. 40 minutes later, the order was finally completed. I arrived home only to find the wrong salad dressing delivered and the wings were the absolute worst I have ever had, including a complete lack of sauce. I have been to Roma on many occasions, however, it will be a cold day in hell before I ever go back. You lost this customer!!!!!!!!

If I could place -0 stars I would today is 11/20/21 it’s 2:38pm and the girl with black hair and tattoos attending this place is the most rude unprofessional person I have ever met. I asked from the menu what a White pizza is ? She said it’s the pizza with Ricotta cheese and I said no that’s fine give me a traditional Margarita pizza and she brings out the white cheese. I tell her sorry this is not mine I wanted the Margarita and she got upset and said well take this it’s just the same ! I said it’s not and she is well I’ll put tomatoes on it and Basil. Brings out the same pizza with the tomatoes and basil and I said this is not what I wanted it has Ricotta cheese and still she tells me: “ I’m not going to argue I will bring my chef!” Then she comes back with the chef and starts laughing stating that a white pizza and Margarita pizza are the same! When the owner is away from this place it just goes to a loss!!

This place is bad. They charged me a lot for so little and I even talked to the owner/manager he is telling me this is not his website and I was wrong. He said Google the prices them selves…..hmmm…never heard that before…I will never go back there again….

I order every Friday night and this past Friday was no exception. I called before leaving work to what I thought would ensure quick pick up of my order. When I arrived I paid and was told that my order was just finishing up and would be brought to my car. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I went back in again told just another minute. After another 15 minutes which was now over an hour from when I ordered (was told it would be ready in 25 minutes when I called) a gentleman came to me and said it would be another 10 minutes. When I got upset and reminded them I was told 25 minutes his response was “chill out” to which I asked for a refund. The other came up and explained it was due to staffing. I said all it would have taken was communication of the issue when I arrived. After another 10 minutes my food came out. The wings looked they were dropped twice in the oil. They were not crispy as I asked and more than 1/2 were raw in the middle and I threw them out. The meatballs were good but definitely not worth $30. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back.

Everything started out fine, hostess was great and got our drinks. Put in our knots order. Then our water came over. Took our pizza order with some idle chit chat. 25 minutes later we finally received our knots. We kept sitting there. An elderly couple walked in, had their order taken and received drinks, appetizers and their pizza before our water even came over to say that the pizza is about to come out. We were in there for an hour and a half. We got tired of sitting and asked for the pizza to be put in a box. Water said it had been busy when our order clearly was forgotten. Then on top of that we were fully charged for the food, no effort to compensate for the horrid lack of good service. The food is always good and was good when we got home to eat it but the service tonight makes us want to not come back.
