We found this place by Google reviews and decided to try it out. The food is amazing!! Great flavors, great seasoning, and great portions! The atmosphere is very nice and amazing customer service! The only area that needs to be worked on is the restrooms. They are old and run down. They were clean however due to staining still looks dirty.

Very nice atmosphere! Was greeted by a very polite and courteous gentleman who seated us.
I had the chicken marsala, and it was out of this world.
Our waitress Hailey was always at our call, and served us like a pro. Honest suggestions, and great knowledge of the dishes we asked about.
I’ll be back for sure.
Has a great wine list, many cocktails available, and a good beer list.

Came for the first time around 8 P.M.
WOW!!!!! THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!
The owner is friendly and likes to check on his customers.
Our Waitress was SUPER SWEET. SHE ALSO MADE THE BEST PRIMO COCKTAIL!!!!!
She told me it was the very first one that she ever made.
THIS PLACE IS A MUST-DINE!!!!
Good luck to the young owner…and may Roma’s continue to serve up DELICIOUS meals and drinks. We will be back!!

For a small restaurant in a small town, I think they did great in transformation of a previous fast food restaurant to a dine in cozy Italian cuisine/bar.
Grilled chicken Alfredo was delicious, I would go easy on the sauce. The purpose is not to eat the dish as a soup. Ratios are very important and also would make a difference on your cost.
The bread was not fresh, and the dipping oil with parmesean cheese was off because the oil was too light of a color which gave me the impression of cheap olive oil.
Service was Very good but could be excellent.
Restrooms are clean, good job on that.
It is a nice restaurant with lots of potential, and my critique is to help you increase sales and business profits. Little details on the first impressions make a big difference.

THE WORST!!! The servers didn’t stop eating their own pizza at the bar. We are served the coldest, grainiest, cheese ravioli I’ve ever tasted. Asked if it is frozen and the server stated, “I don’t know “. The cheese ravioli was out in less than 2 minutes of our arrival. The bread and oil with no Italian spices was given to us. Disaster! We were told the spice’s are the salt and pepper. Staff states the owners never come in. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Roma’s Italian Kitchen is a lovely Italian joint on South Dr. This review is of the second time my wife and I ate here. Both times, they’ve impressed us both times. The first time, I had the Veal Marsala, and my wife had the Ravioli. This time, My wife had the alfredo, and I had a Stromboli. Unfortunately, they don’t serve the Stromboli with the sauce insode it anymore, because too many uncultured individuals complained about the dish being too soggy… My reply was “that’s THEIR fault, not the restaurant’s. They should have eaten it quicker… THEY WILL, however, include the sauce in the Stromboli if asked. We had the bread and olive oil with spices and parmesan, of course, and both times, it tasted consistent. My only complaint is that it didnt have enough parmesan in it which is easily solved by using the parmesan shaker at the table. For this sitting, we had the Jalepenos. They were kinda small in my opinion, but appeared to be fresh made. They offer many wines and alcoholic beverages for sale. We haven’t tried any of these yet, but one day I suppose we will. When this happens, I will make an update.
Now let’s talk about the servers. They’re very good! Very attentive and genuine. No complaints here as of right now.

All in all, if you come to our beautiful Natchitoches, don’t forget to eat at this gem of an establishment. Unless youre some picky rich person, you won’t be let down.

Roma’s is amazing! The atmosphere here is great, and the staff always greets you and sometimes even has conversations with you. All the dishes are prepared very well and their sautéed vegetables are very good. Best pizza in town, and several great pasta dishes! The salmon with veggies is my favorite!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. My server, Sarah, was phenomenal. She was so knowledgeable about the menu items, friendly, and just an all around good person. She even had another server help me with gluten free/low carb menu options.
The food was excellent! I had the eggplant with assorted cheeses and instead of pasta, I had the vegetable medley and added a grilled chicken breast. The taste was great! I will definitely be back again!
