Swung by Roma’s on a Sunday morning and dropped about $15 on the steak and eggs with a side of pancakes. Steak was cooked just right, and the pancakes were fluffy—hit the spot. Place has that old-school South Side vibe, real cozy. Only knock is they close at 2 PM, so no late lunch. But for a solid breakfast joint, it’s a neighborhood gem.

Nice little place. I had passed by the location for years and decided to stop in for breakfast and it was good. The waitress was really attentive to us and the food was a good temperature. Price was good value(McDonald’s right next door)so definitely was a better choice. Will definitely return.

Walked by this place for 6 years or more. Stopped today, had a great breakfast! Will certainly return SOON! Ambience cozy as grandma’s house! Clean, service with a smile! Courteous, mannerable servers. Absolutely the cook uses love, as ingredients to give you a magnificent dining experience. Can’t wait to see what pleasures the menu holds!

The food was good; the waitress was polite and attentive. The prices were okay. The restaurant is clean. The only thing I don’t like, and it’s not the restaurant’s fault you have to pay for street parking. The business should complain to the alderperson about this.
