It has been years since I’ve come to macaroni grill and it’s just as good as always was! I had the stuffed raviolis and I couldn’t believe the flavors! So amazing!! The Caesar salad was fabulous, dressing was made in house along with the croutons. And my husband had the Alfredo. He was completely pleased. I recommend this place 100%!

Staff has always been friendly. Good food and dri ks. But tonight’s visit (Easter, 2025) was the best customer service we have ever had (bar tender, Tomas). We stopped in for a quick glass of wine. Tomas recommended the mushroom risotto and tiramasu martini, and two hours later we left full and ready to come back the following weekend. Thank you for the wonderful recommendations!

We came here to celebrate a birthday (9/30). Had reservations for 17 people. Couldn’t do it over Open Table with a party that large so had to call them. Our reservation was for 5:30pm. Place appeared to be about at 50% capacity already. The place is clean, well kept, inviting, and the ambiance and decor is fitting for an Italian restaurant. Definitely a 5/5. We were seated fairly quickly. With the party size that we had, they had to split our group into two different tables. Our server was polite and hospitable. However, it appears it was just him serving us as well as another very large table behind us. Unfortunately that meant that everything was going to take longer. From the moment when we placed our order to the moment when we got our food took about 45 minutes. The food itself was delicious. Presentation was good too. All was seasoned correctly and served hot from the kitchen. Definitely a 5/5. Service is a 4/5 but that’s because they were understaffed. Our poor host could’ve used a helping hand. We did order wine and it was very yummy when paired with our dinner. Overall, our experience was mostly good with the exception of the long wait. It’s about a 4.5./5. I’m sure if our party size was smaller (table for 2 or 4), things will move along faster. Value to price ratio is a 4.5/5. We did spend over $700 for our dinner. Would definitely return and would recommend if you’re in the area to give this place a try. Just know that if you have a large party, don’t be in a hurry.

Great place here! Excellent food and beer. Staff are super friendly. Their happy hour is fantastic, you get beers for $4 and delicious food for around $6. On Thursdays wine is half off. Mondays buy one get one free! Beautiful restaurant, come and bring friends, have fun!

I absolutely love dining at Macaroni Grill! Every visit is such a treat. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The food is consistently delicious — from the perfectly seasoned pastas to the fresh salads and warm bread with olive oil, everything tastes homemade and full of flavor.

Their Chicken Parmesan is one of my all-time favorites, and the Fettuccine Alfredo is creamy perfection. The portion sizes are generous, and everything comes out hot and beautifully presented. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve.

On top of that, the service is always friendly and attentive, and the restaurant feels like a comfortable place to enjoy a nice meal with family or friends. If you’re craving authentic Italian food with a cozy atmosphere, Macaroni Grill is the place to go.

Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way!

I love the bread with olive oil and balsamic plate. It is a staple there that I crave. The prices were high, as expected. However, the meal was not as good as I expected. I make better lasagna myself. The staff was great. They went out of their way to get us seated and served. It was extremely busy, but they were moving through the tables. The calamari was good. My husband enjoyed Mama’s trio but does not care to go back. I would go back to try something different.

I went there with my wife and we got there 40 minutes to close. Kim not only welcomed us, she was the sweetest person in the restaurant. She talked and smiled to us as like we were her first customers of the day. We know they were about to close so we ordered fast and the food was very good – Compliments to the chef! – and she also apologized for the rush. Kim actually made our day better with her excellent customer service. This restaurant should be proud and lucky to have her.

Ordered their special pork chop. The meat wasn’t cooked thoroughly. They took my dish and recooked it (waited for 10mins) and it was still bloody. Discounted my dish 20% and dessert to go only after I complained the second time. What an experience.

We’ve been to this place before and it was amazing. We had a really tough day at emergency with my husband. We were there from two thirty until six thirty pm we were starving.

So we went to Macaroni Grill When we first walked in we saw over to the right about five people standing around doing nothing.

We waited to be seated. Don’t know why one of those 5 people couldn’t have seated us.

Finally 1 of the five people come and give us a seat.

So we both ordered the same thing but we thought it was weird when I ordered a glass of wine and it came in a cannonball glass.

It went downhill from there.

We ordered an appetizer.

Our food came we looked at each other and said what about our appetizer? The waiter says oh? You ordered and she named off five items she didn’t even know what we ordered.

I said no big deal oh by the way I need some parmesan cheese please.

She never came back, To tell us that are Appetizer was coming not coming, No Parmesan cheese.

The worst of it was we asked for extra promise on sauce 4 our alfredo noodles, And the noodles were dry there was no sauce at all.

By this time we’re done.
We ask for the manager we get a shift leader instead which is fine.

She comped the whole meal and made it right.

We are happy but going back there again not quite sure already to do that.

And that’s the unfortunate thing.
When we pay almost a hundred dollars for a meal we expect it to be decent or at least edible, Or at least served well.

Again they made it right the young lady standing in the picture took care of everything.

We were the first customers to arrive for lunch. Rosie greeted us when we walked in. Bread was served with olive oil, vinaigrette, black pepper right away. The bread tasted old with slight staleness and was cold, but our waitress (Rosie) was sweet and switched it for a fresher loaf that was warm and fluffier. Appetizer: stuffed mushrooms was tasty and perfect temp. Lobster bisque soup has a mild taste, great for dipping any leftover bread. We also ordered the mushroom ravioli which was oddly sweet and served very hot. The shredded Parmesan cheese helped balance it. The penne rustica was a bit too salty for me. Presentation of the main dishes wasn’t good. Both dishes looked burnt. Ate around the burnt parts and took the edible parts to go. Rosie was very helpful and patient with us understanding how to use the device for payment.
