If I could I wouldn’t even give any stars. I came in May for my daughter’s birthday the food was cooked incorrectly we ordered the stake and potatoes asked for medium well and it was brought to us as rare. Blood was dripping on the plate. When the server took it back it came over cooked almost burned. I decided to give it a try again in June 2023 and ordered Mac and cheese for my toddlers. It was box macaroni that I can just cook at home. I ordered a Caesar salad the lettuce was old orange looking forgot to take a picture. It’s very disappointing because I decided to take one off from cooking and my hunger went away after this disappointment. I will not return I tried 2 before but it’s always something. It’s not the servers fault, he was very apologetic and tried to offer other menu items. Its management fault because they need to improve quality of the food.

Oh wow! Such a nice lunch we had. The parmesan-crusted salad was delicious, the tomato soup was on point, and the lasagna with its 7 layers of pasta was so buttery and tasty. Not like other places where they put so little pasta and then everything becomes a tagliatelle. I am telling you, people. Come and eat here. The best part was the prices were good in my opinion for the excellent quality of food.

This was my first ever visit to a Macaroni Grill and my husband’s second in 15+ years. The reviews weren’t great online, but I’m not sure why. Brandon, our server was great. The appetizers (fried mozzarella), the drinks (especially the blackberry lemonade), and the entrees (create your own pasta and chicken parm) were all outstanding. Brandon gave use complimentary bread that was awesome too. The place was clean and quiet, just how I like it. I recommend everyone give it a shot!

This is the last one left in Northern Va and man is it good!!!! The pasta is great and the Tiramisu is to so creamy and to die for. You should give it a try. Ask for Enes as he was so attentive and helpful as a server!

Came to celebrate my Son’s birthday. We used to come to Macaroni Grill when he was little so it was a nostalgic experience for us. The food was excellent, all our dishes and appetizers were delicious and good portions. Our server Ernesto was awesome, he saw to our every need and kept checking in on us. Highly recommend this location and if you happen to get Ernesto as your server good for you!!

Value, quality and consistency mark this restaurant chain. Fairly authentic Italian cuisine not as overdone as some Italian eateries that are really Italian American cuisine. For a chain that I’ve followed for 25 years, they do an excellent job and are customer focused. Out of nearly well over 100 meals, only three meals were disappointing. In those cases the manager always made good. In one case it was the server’s failure to put in an order for our party of 10 people and after waiting nearly 40 minutes we left. However, I believe in redemption. We later found out that he was a substance abuser and was fired. Overall you will be satisfied but make sure to pre-order your crushed black pepper and grated cheese and like anywhere else, make sure to stress and dietary restrictions or menu substitutions.

Ordered take out tonight. We were given raw chicken. Thankfully caught it. Took it back to warn them and were accosted for having eaten what we could, pasta and some of the actually cooked chicken, before bring it back. For what it’s worth we have filed a complaint with Fairfax country public health. Hope they improve and others have a better experience.

This place really takes me back like 15 years. Just recently found out this restaurant still exist. And so ecstatic that it is. Their stuffed mushrooms are to die for. And as for the Lasagna Bolognese was absolutely exquisite. The ambiance is still exactly the same and I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a feel to eat somewhere you truly feel at home. Give this place 20 stars if I could!!!

I didn’t want to write a public review so I submitted one via their website to see if they would attempt to help resolve my intense dissatisfaction. It’s been over a week and I have not had a response, call back, anything. I was really excited to try Macaroni Grill for the first time and unfortunately was quickly disappointed when I saw the quality of my food. I’m not sure if they put less effort in carry out or if their quality is usually this low. I heard great things and the pictures on the website were beautiful and I was so excited to try them out but the quality I received was bland freezer food. The food quality was of a public school cafeteria. Everything was bland and the chicken was rubbery, unseasoned, and unappetizing. I paid $160 and feel like I wasted my hard earned money on something my family didn’t even end up eating. I was so excited to try something new, and especially with the pricing I assumed it was going to be of decent quality. I did not enjoy my dinner it was disgusting and hate to say at cheaper pricing I’ve had better food at Olive Garden. Never again, don’t waste your money unless you like to be disappointed

Nice food and good options for my picky kid. Despite having a reservation it took about 15 minutes to get seated. Several seats were empty so I suspect they were short staffed. Once seated our waiter was great.
