WOW this place is a hidden gem. How can you not know about it. Fantastic Pizza homie dough and great sauce. looking forward to trying everything going to menu especially the Stromboli the garlic knots. High quality ingredients. Shout out to Bob. Excellent customer service.

UPDATE: Sam, one of the owners, called me to apologize and offered me another pizza to make up for my experience (the pizza was good after all), but I had already checked out of the hotel. He also informed me that Grubhub, and other food apps, use their own delivery people – I was not aware of this. Their delay is what caused most of the issues with the food – even the missing item that was left behind (can’t blame them for the wings though, yuck!).
Sam was very gracious and apologetic over my experience…the call, the offer of a full refund through Grubhub and a free pie, along with his true sincerity left me thinking Romano Pizza warranted another try. I will see you on my next trip!
The hotel recommended this place, so I placed an order through Grubhub. Took over 2 hours to get the food and didn’t receive my entire order! Called the restaurant and a pleasant young lady answered (which is why I gave 3 stars for service). Her manager told her I needed to go through Grubhub if I wanted a refund for the missing food, no apologies, no “let us make it up to you,” nothing!
Now for the food review: I’m sure it would have been better if it had arrived even slightly warm, and you can tell it was once hot because the jalapeño poppers were soaked and left soggy from the steam and the cheese had solidified again – you just can’t get crispy back from a hotel microwave. The wings were pitiful!!! You dare charge $12 for 6 wings that were the size of Cornish hen wings? I’m so glad I asked for the buffalo sauce on the side because it tasted horrible and the wings themselves had absolutely no seasoning…none!
The ONLY saving grace was the cheese pizza. Although it too was cold, the sauce had a nice flavor and a decent amount of cheese…the crust was even pretty decent.

We’ve been ordering from Romano’s for 10yrs. The pizza here is always fresh and delicious. Can’t go wrong with a plain cheese pizza but our fav is the grandma pizza with grilled shrimp and fresh garlic. Omg!! Literally thee best pizza we’ve ever had and trust…we’ve tried pizzas in different cities and states. Romano wins hands down everytime!! Absolutely delicious! I am from Pennsylvania and my fiance and I are in town for the weekend in effort to see a broadway play. We desired some tasty pizza so upon reading the reviews we ordered pizza from Romano’s and it was AWESOME!! The dough was super fresh and the toppings were very generous! I also had the pleasure of speaking with Maria and the manger and they both provided excellent customer service! I will definitely patronize Romano’s anytime I am in town! So if you are looking for quality and delicious food for great prices, look no further Romano’s is your best choice!

I placed an order through DoorDash and waited almost 2 hours without receiving any update or response from the restaurant. After waiting so long, I contacted DoorDash support, and they tried multiple times to reach Romano Pizza, but the restaurant never responded.
In the end, my order was canceled after all that waiting, and I completely wasted my time. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you are ordering delivery, be aware that there may be no communication at all. Very poor customer service and lack of responsibility. I will not buy in this place again, for me they will be banned as the worst place.

Had a chill ambiance to it very nice felt traditional. Pizza came out very quick and fast but was fresh and warm very good price at around 5 dollars for a large slice.

Such great pizza!! Paolo gave such wonderful service. A friendly smile and we spoke about the many options they offer. I was very indecisive considering everything looked so delicious. Presentation is exceptional. I decided on what looked like a thin Sicilian margarita slice. The crust is always perfect. The sauce had a hint of garlic which I loved and good quality cheese with fresh basil on top. Wow! If u love pizza.. u gotta go try this place. My new favorite spot.

I have no idea who is rating this place, but you all have never had good Italian food. This is truly horrible food. Not only do they take forever, the stuff that they give you is absolutely abysmal. No plates, no plastic forks or knives. Do yourself a favor, eat the garbage in your room, it will be better and you will save a lot of money.

Ordered this for delivery. It got to me hot, but the food just isn’t good. Like no flavor? We spent like $50 and were super disappointed. The pizza toppings just fell off the pizza. Sauce and crust had no flavor. Got a Philly cheesesteak also no flavor. Cannolis were super soggy.
