First time here. Absolutely superb food. Clearly made with quality ingredients. Pizza and sangria were standouts but everything we ordered was excellent. Also has a great decor and friendly professional staff. Good for families with young kids or adults. We will be back.

just ordered on uber eats… main course was fine but portion sizes are very small and made me pay a lot extra even though they were still small. crepes were terrible! my whipped cream was just cream and didn’t come in the crepe. it tasted bad. and old. and gross.

We ordered a lot of tapas for 8 people. We had 3 children in group. They had mozzarella sticks, lamp lollipops (my daughter said they were the most delicious lamb lollipops she’s had), and spaghetti (practically licked the plates). We had a couple of salads along with octopus and calamari then had several different pastas. Everything was extremely tasty!

Absolutely incredible. Some of the best Italian food on the east coast. An absolute gem. Authentic Italian food expertly prepared. The pizza is unbelievable and the chicken scarpariello is the best I have ever had. Go experience for yourself. Worth every penny.

Can’t deny that the food is very tasty. Portions are disappointing though. This is the Paccheri Al Telefono… over $17 (after tax) and I get 6 noodles. For reference, this is a 24oz. to-go container, filled half way. Doesn’t come with complimentary bread or anything. Bummer. I shouldn’t still be hungry after spending that much money on a pasta dinner.

We had the absolute BEST experience at Romanacci’s in Fairfield, on Post Road! My family and I were in town for Family Weekend at Sacred Heart University and decided to stop in for dinner with our son around 5:00 p.m. We didn’t have a reservation and the place was understandably packed, but the manager went above and beyond, finding a way to seat us and make us feel welcome. That kind of effort and hospitality is rare, and it completely set the tone for the night.
The service was flawless, warm, and attentive without being overbearing. Every single member of the staff was friendly and professional. The food? Out of this world. From the appetizers of Calamari Fritti to the main courses of Chicken Parmigiana, Penne ala Vodka with chicken, and Strozzapreti Gricia Piato with chicken every bite was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can taste the passion and quality in everything they serve.
The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable, whether you’re celebrating with family, date night, or just grabbing a casual meal. Our son loved it, and we all agreed that this will be a regular stop every time we’re in town. We even ordered an additional Penne ala Vodka to go, so he could have another great meal this coming week.
Romanacci’s doesn’t just serve food, they deliver an EXPERIENCE. A huge thank you to the manager and team for turning what could have been a stressful, no-table situation into one of the highlights of our weekend. Highly, highly recommend!

We came here on a Tuesday, and they have great drink specials & $5 crepes. We had the gnocchi bolognese, penna alla vodka, and short rib polenta, and all were fantastic! Great date night spot.

Such a cute restaurant. The service was incredible, the food was amazing and inexpensive!! I got the Valentine’s Day speciality chocolate covered strawberries and they were to die for. I also highly recommend the margarita pizza. Will definitely be eating here again and recommending it to everyone!!

This is a very comfortable restaurant with a lovely bar. Fresh and delicious food with a very friendly and outgoing staff. I frequent the Trumbull location and this is a nice twist on that location.

Food was amazing. The bread + oil was soft and fresh. The salad had spring mix, apples, toasted almonds, celery, it was the perfect combo! Penne alla vodka was delicious too. The only reason I took 1 Star was the service, the coke we asked was brought when we were almost done with our food even though we asked twice for it, also a long time to wait for our check (it wasn’t busy at all) too slow.
