Visited for the first time during opening hours on a Sunday. We were a large party, which didn’t affect the timeliness of receiving our drinks and food. Our server was great and very helpful! I loved my mimosas and the shrimp Acadiana pasta, delicious!

The place had a great ambiance. I went for lunch with my son. I also had my service animal with me and it first appeared that the server would give me an issue with my service animal, but she accommodated us within seconds. I had the pesto Pollo with cut baked red potatoes. I asked for some red sauce to go with the potatoes and it was great! The food was all tasty and the waitress was very polite, professional, and respectful!

Food was excellent, and delicious.

Salad was super fresh, and zesty.
Pasta was balanced, not too much drenched in sauce. Portion was perfect. You have the choice to order full or half.

Atmosphere: cool place to take a date, celebrate an occasion or even have a friends gathering for happy hr.

Ambience was good but could be better if they dimmed the light, place was bright.

Restrooms were clean.

Plenty of parking.

I recommend this place

Service by Austin was great. Restaurant is so clean and decor fancy. The drink menu is extensive but pricy if paying full price. I loved the Bee Sting. The Cham-wow was chaw awful for me but others like it. Food is ok. Not what I expected for the price. I def recommend going during the day, sharing a pizza and enjoying half priced cocktails in a cool atmosphere.

Pleasant lunch! Enjoyed the food, Goat Cheese Dip, and 4 Meatball Appetizers. Both pizzas had that beautiful taste with wood flavor in the crust. Quiet, quaint …a small corner of heaven.

Used to love this place. But lately everytime I have placed an order via Doordash, the food has been bad!

I even called the restaurant, made them aware of the past bad experience and requested that this time they just make sure everything was okay! Well didn’t happen !

This was a slap in the face. I do not understand how this place has 4.3 stars (at time of writing). I am going to be honest:

I’m not saying it wasn’t edible. I had two slices of their pizza because I was famished—but good lord, what insult to injury. What I got was a piece of bread with some cheese and tomato paste stacked on top. I could barely find the basil. Or the sauce for that matter. This was a real-life cartoon drawing of a pizza.

I have tried Romacelli’s main dishes twice before and the food was pleasant… but this time I am so far from impressed that I can only wonder just how I got tricked into paying $18 for what looks like a depression meal.

How does a Margherita pizza on cauliflower crust with 3 ingredients come out looking and tasting like a Lunchable, y’all? Is this restaurant a front? Not every dish on the menu has to be a Michelin hit, but gaddamn! This was nearly theft.

TLDR: Your mileage may vary. Not falling for it next time.

My family and I ate dinner here not too long ago. We were immediately sat inside by a host, but once at the table we waited over 25 minutes before a young lady came to us with water and apologized for our wait. I don’t think the AC is out, I think there is no ventilation for the pizza oven. They definitely need to figure something out for it.
My family and I are of Hispanic and Italian descent. We immediately felt unwelcome by other guest looking at us. At first I thought it was maybe because we had a 2 year old in a primarily adult atmosphere restaurant on a Friday night. But our son was an angel that night, and didn’t scream or act out. At one point, I made a goofy looking face at a lady who would not stop staring at us that was sitting at the bar. Goofy enough for her to never look back over us.
Honestly, the food was probably the best part of the night. My husband had a phenomenal pasta. My son and I split a pizza.

We recently went and it was not real busy. Our waiter Kentrell was amazing. It did take a long time for the bartender to get our drinks together. One wine and a margarita on the rocks (it was horrible). The food took a long time as well. My meal was Lukewarm, and my husband’s pizza was literally burnt on the bottom and the top not completely cooked. You could smell the scorch. I even took a picture because I could hardly believe it. Our sweet waiter kept apologizing for everything. We were quite disappointed.
