Came for a date night dinner and was in for a treat. Made reservations so we didn’t have to wait long for the table to be cleared. Server was very knowledgeable about the wine list and the menu and suggesting things to pair. The restaurant is small and makes for tight walking through the bar, but I think it gives it a quaint homey feeling for a nice dinner. Be aware the dining room can get quite loud when its full as the walls are wood and bounce the sound around.

Made 6:30 reservation for 6 on a Tuesday night for wife’s birthday. Host sat us in the back dining area. Great Waite staff taking our order. Appetizers and main meal were delicious !! Special dessert for the birthday girl at no charge A great evening to remember. Thank you Tom

This place was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere inside is excellent, old Italian feel. GM greeted us and sat us, very friendly. Service was incredible, all questions were answered with knowledge and elaboration. Food was stunning, everything was piping hot like it was made fresh right then and there. DO NOT PASS ON THIS PLACE. Will definitely be back and worth the hour long trip for me

Absolutely incredible. One of if not the best restaurant in CT. Clams, homemade pasta, melt in your mouth veal and exceptional service. Don’t forget the homemade Cavatelli! Our waiter Brendan was exceptional. Beyond worth the 40 minute drive, can’t wait to come back with friends and family.

Went here 1st night and staff were very uppity and snobby and left. Got take out the next night as co-workers raved about their food. Food was fantastic! If the staff were friendlier, I’m sure they’d have a lot more business.

Didn’t think I’d enjoy this place as much as I did! Cozy space and really good food! Very comprehensive wine list, though not too many bottles under $50.00. Calamari appetizer was amazingly tender and well seasoned; baked Cod was also totally on point as were side vegetables (perfectly cooked) and house salad, which was really well composed for an accompanying dish (dressing was on the heavy side but salad overall helped carry it off since it was not just a meh bowl of romaine). Strawberry shortcake dessert tasted very good but was a little disappointing (maybe I’m not as much a fan of shortbread as I thought, though it was the real deal). Overall, Roma is a winner and worth a repeat visit.

Delicious!!! Everything was perfect. The gluten free pasta was the best I have every had. Wine, entree and dessert were all amazing. Can’t wait to go back! Only negative is the decor is a little dark and there is limited seating, be sure to make a reservation.
