This might be one of my favorite places in the world! We have been going there for 30 years. Every time we go there I get a big smile on my face. The food and selection is fantastic! I feel like I’m in Italy! The atmosphere is very casual. It’s a deli you can eat at. I can never leave without getting a pint of stuffed peppers to go! You will not be disappointed!

This is my favorite Italian deli! It has amazing home made Italian food that you can eat in or take out. It is very budget friendly as well. Roma Ristorante is a can’t-miss Rhode Island landmark. The people here are wonderful.

Stopped by Roma for the 1st time to try the pizza. Went on a weekday and had an enjoyable experience. They have a nice brick oven and a ton of prepared foods. I went with a meatlovers pizza and washed it down with a Perroni. The pizza was good. Enjoyed the sauce, cheese and toppings. Not a huge fan of meatballs in general on pizza, would omit that next time. Pizza had a little more flop than I like and was a little doughy. One major positive is that they have a parking lot across the street and that’s a huge plus because parking can be limited in the area. They are adjusting the hours as well and may be open later than advertised on the weekends. The sweetheart greeter was very helpful.

We got the italian sub and the caprese sub. the bread was good and the sandwiches were flavorful. Not a lot of vegetarian options here but what can you expect from a Deli. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and I loved all the options available for food such as pasta sauce or jarred grilled zucchini.

We love Roma. It is my daughter’s favorite place on Federal Hill. This was the 3rd time she chose to celebrate her birthday with Roma. One we had to get take out as we were still dealing with the pandemic, but that’s the beauty of Roma… delicious prepared Italian dishes that we can also enjoy at home. The service was amazing tending to our every need. Staff is so friendly always make you feel as though you are visiting family. We did a casual lunch with assorted pizzas salad and some of Roma’s famous Italian grinders (Marina’s favorite). There was more than enough and an assortment to please everyone. Thank you Roma for another wonderful birthday celebration!

Great Italian place! Has pastries, sandwiches, pizzas and much more to offer. The sandwich I had was pretty good, but what really captured me was the pizza! Great crust, not overcooked, and they very clearly use real mozzarella and it all blends together so well. Definitely check it out. My only complaint is that it seemed like a lot of people were on break when I went in, but a lot more were working when I left. Must have just been a lull.

I live in Arizona and when I’m in town I always eat a ton of Italian subs, I had a dinner reservation across the street and brought a cooler to grab a sub to go. They were literally closing the door and welcomed me in and were so friendly and happy to help a tourist wanting a great sub! Amazing customer service, the lovely women at the counter were so

Best kept secret on the hill. I’m ashamed to say it took me nearly 25yrs of living in RI to find an Italian pizza this good. The interesting thing is Roma doesn’t advertise the fact that their pizza is made in a wood fired brick oven. I had to scroll back to some of their first posts on FB to figure that out!? They also stop making pizza around 4-5pm! Once we found this place, we are no longer ordering pizza anywhere else. The pizza is HUGE. It’s cooked to perfection (most of the time) & it somehow tastes even better the next day. It’s magic. They’re also super affordable. You have to try them out if you like a “new Haven” style pie, you will not be disappointed.
