I stopped in to get some sandwiches before visiting one of the local wineries, a handful of patrons were dining in. The young lady that took my order was very friendly and helpful. The warm sandwich was better than the cold one but, I enjoyed them both. After looking at the menu, on my next visit I think I’ll dine in and try the pizza.

We were visiting Lake James and were looking for a nice restaurant during our stay. The food was fair! Out of the 5 entrees ordered the Hawaiian pizza was the best thing. Service was very good. Table lines were not clean and atmosphere was fair.

I’m leaving this review in hopes the owners see it and take constructive criticism. Every single time I’ve ordered a carry out order I come here after the amount of time they tell me to wait, and when I get here I end up having to wait an additional 10 – 15 minutes of my food. Someone told me it’s because they don’t want it to get cold, but come on guys. This is ridiculous. If I’m getting it to go I’d rather have to reheat it at home than awkwardly stand in your restaurant for 10 minutes. No other restaurant does this. Make the food then pack it, if I’m not there yet, just let it sit in the to go containers.

My husband and I drove from Charlotte to visit Roma ,the drive was beautiful ,the little town was so peaceful ,the food was delicious ! I love any family owed restaurant and this was the best ,we definitely will go back

Made our way to Nebo after a long winding drive on a dirt road down from Wiseman’s View. Found Roma after a frantic online search for food. Our pizza was excellent. The young lady who served us was pleasant and efficient. Will definitely visit again.

This was the Roma pizza. Baked to perfection with ham, mushrooms, onion and black olives. Based on our request, no bell pepper and they only put the olives on half the pizza as my wife loves them, I do not. The crust was baked to a light crunch while the red sauce and cheese was generously applied. In short, this is one of the best pies I’ve eaten, easily put up against those I ate in Rome, Florence and Sorrento, Italy. Roma’s is a pleasant surprise. Delizioso!
