It’s family-owned, which makes it even more special — the staff is like family both warm and welcoming. We’ve been enjoying this restaurant for over 19 years and still try to eat here weekly. That says everything! Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic, consistently amazing Italian food.
I ate the pizza so fast it was beyond the speed of light.
If you have never been to this little gem in Nebo, you are in for a surprise. The exterior does not stand out as anything special, and the interior looks more like a country diner. You might expect chicken fried steak , but you’ll find chicken Parm instead. Welcome to little Italy in little Nebo. We enjoyed the stromboli, pizza, and chicken Parm – everything was delicious and fresh. The bread that came with the Parm was amazing – crispy outside and snowy white and tender inside. The pizza crust was light and crispy, per my husband, who ate the entire 10″ pizza. My son had been here before, and his favorite is the Stromboli – it looked delicious! They have a full menu of Italian dishes, and we are looking forward to trying many more of them. The restaurant itself is very clean. The young lady who served us was wonderful with a lively personality. This restaurant is a 40 minute drive for us, but we will be placing Romas in our regular rotation.
I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile.
There’s so much to love about this food. It’s just soooo good.
Let’s start with the bread they give you with pasta dishes.
I mean, it’s bread, how good could it be? AMAZING. Just the loaf of bread they give you is soo good. The outside has a perfect crust, but the inside is so soft, warm, and delicious.
Every time I come here, I think to myself that surely it’s not as good as I remember . . . its just bread right? It is. It’s so good.
My favorite dish is the stromboli, pictured. If you just order the stromboli, you get it with onions, green peppers, and italian sausage(?, i forget), and of course, cheeeeese.
You can get whatever you want, but that’s the default setup and I like it. It’s a perfect combination of flavors.
Another favorite is the white pizza, that I have fixed up the same way. Their pizza crust is amaaaaaazing. This one of 2 places I’ll actually eat the crust.
Also pictured is the cannoli, which is really good.
My personal favorite dessert is also here . . . the Tiramisu.
I always get the Tiramisu to go because I love to brew up a nice strong cup of dark roast coffee to enjoy with it.
The service here is always great, the food always great, and the staff is always friendly.
That’s the kind of consistency that will make a restaurant excel.
I love places like these and I’m so glad I found Roma’s!
Thank ya’ll!
