We had an amazing experience last night and I had to share. With two young kids who have dairy allergies, finding a pizza place that offers vegan cheese isn’t always easy. I tried ordering online, but vegan cheese wasn’t listed, so I called—thinking they may have stopped offering it.
I spoke with Johnny, who explained they were just out of vegan cheese. As I was about to hang up, he went above and beyond and offered to go get more so they could make our pizza. That is hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever received. He was upfront that it would take extra time since they had to leave, come back, and cook it—but from that phone call to pizza at our door was only one hour!
The vegan cheese pizza was the best I’ve ever had. I actually had to taste my kids’ pizza to make sure it wasn’t real cheese because it looked so convincing. Both the vegan pizza and our regular pizza were absolutely delicious, as always.
To make it even better, the same order from another local spot nearby was $25 more expensive for a pickup order than what we paid here for delivery.
Between the incredible customer service, amazing food, and fair pricing, we will be ordering from them every time we need pizza—vegan or not!

Don’t let the look of this tiny outdated little building fool you!! The food is AMAZING!! The wings are on point… we had the honey hot and the sweet zing is SOOO GOOD and the Greek salads were huge and included two large buttery garlic bread sticks!! YUMMM!!
The man that took our walk in order was so helpful and even brought our order to our car where we waited when it was ready!! You will love it!!!

I really enjoyed ordering here, so much we ate it twice on our vacation lol.. Staff were very friendly, and helpful, food was fresh and hot. Katie and Jeff were really welcoming .second time we got delivery, and he was quick, and friendly.

On Saturday September 21, 2024 my best friend, her family, and I were craving pizza while staying at a hotel in Nashville for a weekend trip, but they didn’t offer what we were looking for. Luckily, I discovered Roma Pizza and Pasta after seeing some amazing reviews online. Let me tell you, those reviews did not lie! The pizza was incredible from the crispy crust to the fresh ingredients. I created my own veggie pizza, and it was amazing! My friend’s daughter had the pepperoni pizza, and she absolutely loved it. The service was quick, and the lady at the cash register was super friendly. If you’re ever in Nashville, I highly recommend stopping by Roma – I know I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I’m not sure where 4.5 stars for this pizza restaurant comes from. We ordered the 18 in thin crust deluxe pizza and ask for no tomatoes and extra mushrooms. To begin with it was not thin crust, barely had any toppings and very little mushroom, definitely not extra the cheese was not even melted (imitation?) I would not recommend this 36.00 pizza.

We recently ordered the Pasta Dinner for Two special from Roma Pizza & Pasta, which includes two pastas of your choice, two salads, and breadsticks. The delivery arrived in a timely manner, but despite our request for it to be delivered to our room, the driver had the front desk call us to come down to the lobby to pick it up. He was friendly, but this was inconvenient.
The portion sizes were generous, which was a positive aspect. However, the experience had several drawbacks. I requested French dressing for my salad but received honey mustard instead. The salad included peppers and onions, which some might enjoy, but I did not, and the lettuce didn’t seem fresh. The salad could’ve had more variety as well.
The chicken parm was just okay; it had a strange aftertaste and was made with chicken strips rather than a proper cutlet. It was also dry and needed more sauce, even though I had requested extra sauce. The breadsticks, on the other hand, were quite good.
Overall, while the delivery was prompt and the breadsticks were enjoyable, the errors with the order and the quality of the other items made it a disappointing experience.
