We have ordered from Roma Pizza in Hendersonville 3 times and have never had a positive experience. All three orders have been placed directly on their own website. The first two times they forgot items off the order and refused to just deliver the missing items.
Our most recent order was on new years eve, we ordered $60 worth of pizza and left a 15% tip at checkout. Whatever delivery service they used left the food on our front porch in 39 degree weather. No text, no knock on the door, no notification of any kind. By the time we found the pizza it was ice cold. We tried to call but they use a third party call center and the customer service rep was unable to reach anyone at the actual restaurant. Great pizza with consistently terrible service.

My husband, John placed in order via telephone call to the Hendersonville store around 4 PM Thursday, July 10, 2025. He picked up the order which consisted of multiple pizzas almost $60.00 one being a cheeseburger in which he paid for and added onions for two dollars only to get settled for dinner once I arrived at 5:30 and of course there are no onions on my pizza. My husband called the store, talked to an older gentleman who was extremely rude and basically accused my husband of trying to swindle him because he was calling at 5:30 about the pizza as opposed to the 4pm hour when he picked them up. My husband tried to explain why he was calling @ 5 because we eat dinner together as a family and that we live in Gallatin. The rude person wanted us to bring the pizza back to the store. My husband explained that we were not coming back out to swap Pizza’s as we were in for the evening. Not happy! RUDE and bad customer service! We won’t be returning or sharing any good news about this location or restaurant. RUDE!

Once again 5 stars for my FAVORITE pizza place!!! They never ever let me and my bf down when it’s 1am and we’re starving not to mention the pizza ALWAYS comes hot, we always get all our items, it comes so fast for being 1am, and customer service is always top tier! ordered online and it was ready in time! however, there was what appeared to be a beard hair in my friends pizza and honestly all of the food tasted like nothing. also their tomato sauce is very heavy on bell peppers. i’m not saying it’s bad, just lacking in flavor and a little too much hair..

Wow so I can’t believe I have been a resident of Hendersonville for over five years and had never dined with Roma! After quite of free of my friends recommended their pizzas, calzones, and sandwiches I am happy to say I in the past two weeks have tried each one and have been beyond happy with the quality and price of each item. Just finished up a delicious Philly style sandwich and it absolutely hit the spot. Two tips, with the pizza or calzones get the garlic butter it’s amazing, and the the chocolate cake is so rich and my daughter is obsessed.

The Lasagna was Delicious but I literally had to dig through it to find the lasagna noodles. It was literally ONLY sauce & cheese. The photo you see is how much sauce & cheese was surrounded by just a small size of lasagna noodles. So disappointing… I also ordered 12pc mild wings which were decent & a philly steak sandwhich that was ok. I love Roma’s… really one of my fav restaurants but they let me down tonight.

Placed an order online which went to the wrong store. After determining the order went to the wrong store we contacted the store who advised the order was not started we tried to cancel the order and were told no. We then contacted customer service who did absolutely nothing to help. We placed the order again at our local store 1 hour closer but will never order from Roma again.

We found metal in our pizza!!
We ordered the supreme pizza through door dash at this location, after eating a few slices my girlfriend started choking on something and pulled a strand of metal out of her mouth a few seconds later she spit out her food out and we found more clumps of metal strands. We called the store and notified the staff to which the response was “there’s no way that came out of our pizza”. Needless to say we won’t be ordering any more food from this location.
