I’m saddened to have to change my review from a 5 star to a 2 star. The food is excellent!! It Never disappoints!! The reason I am changing my review is due to the service. They are nice, super nice. But the last 2 times we went there we had poor service. The one time was a friday night. Yes I get it, it was busy and there were a lot of tables. But the waitress kept forgetting everything and only come to our table twice. She forgot my appetizer, forgot my husband’s side and was ignored the whole night until we were ready to leave. This last visit, it was a Saturday afternoon. Not busy at all, maybe 2 tables being occupied when we got there. The waitress got our drinks and appetizer order. Come back with the drinks and appetizer and took the rest of our order. She come back with my husband’s food and my pasta but never brought my salad. We waited about 10 minutes for my salad but it never came. We had to ask a different waiter for my salad. While eating my salad, both of our drinks were empty. The one waiter walked by our table 5 times and never asked us if we needed anything. Our waitress never showed back up at our table since giving us the pasta. We both had to finish our food with no drinks. Then when we went to pay we saw our waitress sitting at one of the front tables playing on her phone. I know times are tough and getting wait staff is hard during covid. I used to be a waitress and normally very understanding but this was unacceptable.

Good cane out before the appetizer even tho the app was placed 10 minutes beforehand. One main dish came out after the other 3 dishes. Food was not flavored well. Bland boring flavors. Wait staff were friendly and great.

I really have nothing but great things to say from the food to the service it’s all great. The waitress Ari was super happy and helpful, so I guess if happiness is not your thing don’t eat here. Lol. All in all we love eating here.

I stopped coming here because they would quote 30 minutes for food and it always would be an hour. I gave them a second chance tonight and they quoted me 25 minutes and I waited an hour and they had two items ready and the other two took me 35 extra minutes to get I sit there they offered me no food no drink and I took two plates home cold and I’m very frustrated leaving

Shopping center Italian, Greek and American. Good food and enough to fill you. Tried lasagna for first trip there. Good, flavorful. Menu has Gyro. That is next mission. The baklava is overly sweet as it is supposed to be and delicious. Unsweetened tea was fresh. Waitress was delightful and personable.

Free Advice from a successful restaurateur. Ground beef is a required ingredient if you list a “meat” sauce on your menu! Lying about meat sauce when it’s clearly marinara is a turn off for a guest. Overcharging a customer when they leave a 25% gratuity is a quick reason to call my bank and dispute the charge. Your menu should clearly say that you just use ingredients you make the pizza with for Italian dishes. Italian sausage is a whole link- not a shriveled pizza topping. Failure to correct your mistakes is bad business!
