Got a Philly steak sub, it wasn’t something I would get again. Lettuce was a browning and there was an interesting taste. Not sure if it was something expired or just seasonings. Since I do not know I’m not going to speculate. The two people working were very nice. Meal was $10 for just the sandwich. A little high for amount of meat that was on it.

This is the garbage I got from Roma Pizza. They don’t deserve one star. I would give them 0 if it was an option. When I called them to get a refund they were extremely rude and refused to give me my money back. So many better places in Fredericksburg do yourself a favor and avoid Roma Pizza

I visited your location recently Roma Pizza and had a disappointing experience. When I politely asked about a coupon that wasn’t applied, the staff member added it but responded with attitude and blamed me for bringing it up—even though I was respectful. This kind of customer service is unprofessional and made what should have been a simple fix feel uncomfortable. I hope you address this internally to improve future experiences

Their pizza and wings are really good. Customer service is good and delivery is always on time. They have a lot of good specials to choose from. I love their bacon cheese fries and subs. The only complaint I have about this restaurant is that they need to update their brochures so the prices are the same on GrubHub and Door Dash. They need to take the photos down with the OLD prices.

Won’t lie this one sucks to write. I would eat here a lot and always enjoyed it. Today got a chicken parm sub, took a bite to find they put mayonnaise in the CHICKEN PARM SUB. I called and they told me all of their subs come with mayo, lettuce, onion and tomato. lol but yet they only put mayo on my sub not all those other things. I brought the sub back and got refund but instead of just apologizing and saying they made a mistake. The owner made it seem as if they made the sub properly and i was in the wrong lol. I will not eat here again. The thought that this establishment thinks it’s a good idea to mix mayonnaise with tomato sauce is enough to keep me far away

Take out order. Very good food. They are busy on Saturday evenings so expect them to take a little longer to complete the order. Worth the wait. They have very limited seating to eat in. Recommend for takeout.
