Very very good!! Wanted to try it under the new management and blown away at the food and service. They offer pizza boli that’s topped with garlic knots, I love a little variety so this was perfect. Chicken wings are fabulous!! Cooked perfectly, nice and crispy, and they weren’t shy with the sauce

Best customer service. Always forget that they have in house delivery drivers. Last night before the snowy weekend I ordered delivery through doordash. Doordash got the correct my order and other orders from restaurant and the driver managed to delivery the wrong oriducts to mine and others homes. Needless to say I called Roma to politely explain the situation and just wanted my reciept/Cost to match what I ended up receiving. The employee asked what I ordered which was a pepperoni pizza, large regular stromboli, small regular stromboli. Doordash delivered 2 large cheese pizzas and a pepperoni. Pointing out that I just want to make sure payment was accurate and well just make what we got work. He insisted to get us my order plus “hookup for you” got my original order plus extra large bolo.
In saying all this, he called about 30 mins upon receiving my corrected order to ensure we got everything we ordered. He then proceeded to explain breakdown between doordash and Roma. I told him it was not necessary to defend your frustration and checking in to make sure we had correct order. I then told him this stuff happens between doordash and restaurants and I know tgat Roma didnt cause the issue.
Friendly reminder: using doordash instead of a restaurants internal delivery system. More times than not its not the restaurant its the third party delivery service.

Everytime I come to this place im charged different prices! Ask for 2 SMALL strombolis and my bill was a few cents shy of $40! I can go to Palermos and get a much better tastes and bigger stromboli for almost half that price! Remi is me why I do t ever go to Romo! And the food don’t even taste good! Oh, amd NOTHING is even inside of it I wish I was able to post this picture!

Found this place while visiting the nearby areas. Very friendly people and decent prices. The food was so good and very filling. I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza, and my wife ordered a Philly cheese steak calzone. I got 2 meals out of my medium. My wife got 3 meals out of her calzone. I recommend trying this place if you’re in the area. I would definitely return here next time I’m here.

I don’t know if they’re trying to save money or this is just how we make pizzas now but it’s unacceptable. I’ve eaten here once or twice before and the food was decent but this time was probably my last time, thee simplest thing and we put a couple drops of sauce on it ? Good thing there’s PLENTY of other pizza shops around that cover the entire pizza with sauce and then cheese , instead of some dollops on top of an old cheesy bread. I gave a small tip even though it was for take out , jokes on me I guess

Food quality very poor, sloppy made, use ends of spoiled tomatoes, onions. Food always cold, dry, sat out all day. Uses more aluminum foil to wrap Food than Food it self to make the food. Puts filfy ketchup packets on french fries and wraps it up, no one wants to eat that. Pizza is greasy so much and doughy that even the cheese and toppings don’t want to stick to it. Half the time there is more dough than toppings. Never consistent in any of the food you order it’s either half made, overly salty, cold, not fully cooked or looks like it sat out all day!

The pizza came out with very little pepperoni we ordered extra. We went to sit down the seats, tables and floors were filthy. I don’t think they have washed the pizza stands in a week. We didn’t wait for them to make another pizza.
