Wow this place is 10/10. We came here after Homestead Gardens and every dish was delicious. We had ceasar salad, mac and cheese, pasta and pizza. The bread is exceptional. A must try and they were packed for good reason.

I was traveling through at around 4pm
and asked if they did take out and they sure do. I ordered the Alfredo with sausage as they charge to add meat.
Got home to find 5 tiny dime size crumbs of sausage in the pasta I chose. A full baguette with garlic butter was added but not sure why they skipped sausage or why they would charge me extra for crumbs.

Pretty good food and outstanding service. The waitress was very attentive and her co-workers also checked in from time to time. Drinks were not allowed to run dry and the food was tasty and hot. Very pleased and will be back.

Waited 20 minutes for salad and soup. Salad had a thimble of dressing. Asked for more. Took 9 minutes to get it. Soup was so peppery it was inedible.
Lobster ravioli had little flavor and sauce was watery. Taste may have been affected by the peppery soup.
Told waiter my wife dies not eat anything that has meat from an animal, no fish, no beef, chicken etc. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo. It arrived with prosciutto. That’s a pig people. She ate bread and water, and the salad with little dressing.
Restaurant was cold.
Restrooms were clean. Waiter was nice.
We had reservations but they blamed the long wait for our food on the large party they were serving.

Went to Roma 2 x, each time spending $150-$200 between 4 people. Sat. Nite 1-10-25 was our 2nd time. We had fish, chicken and eggplant parm. Everything was really good except the eggplant parm which was rubbery. Never had such bad eggplant parm. Told my waiter who said he would let the chef know. He should reimbursed me for my dinner but did not. We won’t be going back.

There are very few good places in Dover. But this is one of them. I’ve never been disappointed. I love the food, staff and owners. I’ve been here many times and always feel at home. Great bar as well!

When I arrived the atmosphere immediately transported me to Italy, the scent of pizza and fine wine hung heavy in the air and tantalized my olfactory senses. Sadly the rest of my experience here brought this initial high crashing harder than a opioid victim in rehab. I spotted across the dining hall a skinny woman with black hair and glasses that was occasionally sneaking drinks of some type of alcoholic beverage she’d refill at the bar. I believe her name was christine (as i overheard some of her staff frustratingly mutter amongst themselves that she is drinking on the clock again). Alas, I did my best to ignore the unpleasant sights and focus my attention on the culinary merits of this establishment. I ordered clams with garlic sauce and chicken francaise as well as a glass of red. The wine was delectable but my hopes were dashed against the shores of incompetence when I saw the meal laid out before me. The clams reeked of the ocean and were slimy and the chicken was pinker than my cheeks after confessing my love to my 10th grade crush. UNACCEPTABLE!!! upon further inspection of my clams I found what appeared to be styrofoam the source remains unknown but when I brought this to the attention of the staff I was mortified to discover that the very same woman I witnessed drinking and stumbling about was infact management. I expressed to her my concerns and she was so inebriated she could hardly speak a coherent sentence. She then blamed me and said “If you knew you didn’t like clams and chicken then you should have ordered something else, I won’t take them off.” or at least I think that’s what she said between the mumbles and slurring of words. I’ve seen better coordination out of a new born deer walk than I did in her lips. I left incredibly upset and luckily free of illness, if you do decide to go I’d implore you to order a side shot of vodka with every meal to kill whatever infection you may acquire.

This restaurant does not look like much from the outside. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere inside. There are 4 dining areas. One is a cocktail lounge. 2 can easily be dinning halls. Our server Ty was professional. Their outfits can be upgraded to a collar shirt. The food was fantastic. I had the surf-N-turf special. My wife had the Chef’s Fish. Both were cooked exquisitely. According to my wife the chocolate cake was good. My apple crisp was average. Could have used a bit more ice cream. All in all we enjoyed our visit.

Delicious food, excellent service! Our first time here and we’ll be going back. Seems to be very popular, parking lot always full. I recommend any of the pastas and their seafood. And their desserts? See my photos!
