Came to this new to me establishment with my family of 6, we were seated promptly. Our drinks were ordered and brought the the table, our food order was then taken. So, 15-20 mins in our seats, then the hostess tells us we have to move for a bigger party of 9 because they had walked in. I told her the only moving we would do at that point is out the door and won’t be back. She proceeded to tell me that this party of 9 “needed” this table and that we “had” to move. Needless to say our first and very last time ever going there. Didn’t even get to try the food which from what we’ve heard was supposedly delicious, but myself, my family, and anyone else within ear shot of me will never experience. All because of failed business practices, incompetence of their staff and the inability to issue a wait time for a party instead of making patrons move out of seats to accommodate “high” paying tickets.

Pre-pandemic the food used to be great. The Hawaiian pizza has gigantic pineapple chunks and tomatoes that weighs down the pizza to the point it falls apart. The crust was already in desperate shape and with the weight on top, you couldn’t even scrape it off the box. Not to mention the pineapple was from the core so it was impossible to chew. The second pizza was the Margherita and it was cold, undercooked, just bad. Too bad this place has gone so downhill.

Still my favorite place to go! The Carolis are to die for! We drive almost 30 miles just to have them! And the price is right too. The staff are incredible! Just wish they had one just a little closer to home.

Ordered take out about 2 hours before normal closing time. Girl on the phone said she would only take my order if i could be there in 15 minutes because they were closing early. Didn’t give any back story as to why, was still professional and nice about it. Our food still came out amazing but when we picked it up. They didn’t look like they were closing at all and there were still people inside dining and were in no way closing in 15 lol

Tonight I took my wife to Roma for dinner. We were seated quickly, and a waitress took our order in a timely fashion. Everything was fine until our food was actually ready. The chef placed it on the counter where it sat for 10 minutes as all the waitresses walked past it, not seeming to notice. When we finally did get our order, luckily it was still hot and tasted great, so I was willing to overlook the wait. That changed when it came time to receive the check. I tried on 3 separate occasions to flag a server down, and ask for the bill and a to-go box. Each time one of the servers would glance at me, then look the other way as they walked past the table where my wife and I were sitting. When it was all said and done, I paid the bill without leaving a tip. Needless to say, my wife and I won’t be eating at this establishment anytime ever again.
