The food was good. I had a BBQ Chicken with sweet tea and my husband had a large Calzone. It was very large (I would say monster size). If you order one make if for at least 3 people, lol…

All I wanted to do was take my family out for a nice meal. Well, that was ruined by Roma 3, AKA “Auschwitz” for pizza. As my family made our way to the table, I noticed that the surrounding decor seemed very dated; I knew right then and there Roma 3 is a place of desperation. The nuances of a once mighty empire had fallen. After having a seat, our waitress took our order and so on. We ordered the Greek pizza, along with a side of Bruschetta bread. When the order came out, the Bruschetta was presented in way that not only disappointed but traumatized my child, as I wanted her to have a real Bruschetta experience. Instead, my child said, “daddy I don’t like this”, I said “it’s going to be ok little Ingrid, it can’t hurt us anymore”. Reluctantly, after two bites (I give second chances), I parted ways with the Bruschetta, hoping the tumultuous adventure had come to an end. However, moving on to the Greek pizza presented a desolate and unimaginative hellscape of a pizza, in a way that I could almost hear Vesuvius (yes that Vesuvius) (the one that destroyed Pompeii in 79 A.D.), erupting. After experiencing this Inferno of a mess, I went to pay and quietly I said to the waitress “why did God forsake me tonight?”, to that she calmly obliged with “I’ll take it off the ticket sir”. AND THAT “LADIES, GENTLEMAN AND OTHERS “David Bowie, et 1975”, is how I saved the world from Roma 3.

This is our second time eating here and giving it a second chance because the food is good. The waitress had messed up our order the first time we ate here. This time she did it again. She refuses to write anything down when we order, so when the food comes to our table it’s always wrong. She forgets to bring extra things out that we ask for as well – like bread and dessert. This time the heat wasn’t working and it’s the middle of January and snowy outside. It was very cold. I’m shocked they’re even open today. Probably won’t be coming back for a third time. Just disappointing. Pizza isn’t hard to come by in Morristown. When you’re gonna run a business it needs to have good food, service, and atmosphere to be worthy of customers. This place misses the mark on 2/3.

Crisis Management

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Ordered the Hawaiian specialty pizza with onions amd green peppers. Great crust, perfect amount of sauce, but the ham and pineapple were minimal at best. Im assuming they use fresh pineapple do to the 4 pieces of hard pineapple core on the pizza which took away from the overall pizza experience. It wasnt a bad pizza, but attention to detail would have made it a great one.

Great food and great service! Our waiter was exceptional! He anticipated all of our needs, quick, and attentive. He treated us so well that we left him around $50 on like an $80 order. We ordered the spicy chicken pasta, a family size buffalo chicken pizza, a family size 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni pizza, and an order of the cheesy garlic knots. All were amazing!!! As a former server myself I have high standards for service and he was the first to meet those standards in months. I didn’t catch our servers name but he worked Sunday October the 12th in case management wants to give him special recognition.

We came here first time in December and it was great. Now we arrived in February and all different staff, and it felt changed, most of the food was delicious, but the portabella ravioli was much to be desired. The canolis were half empty. It’ll be a while before we return. Hopefully we’ll get a visit like the first time we visited.

Pizza was best I’ve had in Morristown ! Thin n crispy cheese only ! I did pay for protein thought would b pepperoni but just cheese but I paid $2.25 for protein to add! Chef salad fantastic as well !!! Update another chef salad -Salad was super fresh great flavors taste like REAL food ! Ice Tea is fresh as well they must clean their tea urns like Little Dutch does which has refreshingly delish iced tea as well! Italian Sub cold good as well!

The staff was friendly and fast with their service and food. Lots of seating available and flavorful pizza. My husband asked for extra cheese and they understood the assignment! We would definitely come back! Great deal on our pizza!

When my wife mentioned this place she happened to notice that they serve gluten free food and decided to give this place a try. When we arrived inside it was really dark with hardly any light, but it was well decorated and the staff was more than happy to serve us. The food was fantastic for being gluten free and they definitely had awesome marinara sauce for pizza, spaghetti and bread sticks. I would definitely give them a chance if this is a first time for anyone who loves Italian food. My only complaint is how small the seating booths were, we had some difficulty getting comfortable when the table was right against our guts.

After three visits I can confirm that they have consistently great staff working there, amazing pizza and great prices. The New York style pizza I get is phenomenal. Very cheesy!! Definitely my go to when I want a non-chain pizza!
