Not sure what happened to this place. We used to go there all the time and I always get the Basil Cashew Chicken wrap and potato soup. The cashier told us the soup was “watery” so we didn’t order it. When I got home and opened my wrap, it was almost inedible. The lettuce was slimy and chewy and I had to take it all out. My wrap was missing the greens, sauce and sriracha which is my favorite part. It was pretty much roasted chicken salad with slimy lettuce. Pretty upset because we paid a lot for a couple of wraps and I ended up throwing it away.

My boyfriend and I visited this location this past week. It was quick and easy to order. I ordered the French Twist, and broccoli soup. He ordered the Chipotle Chicken.
A lady brought two soups out to two customers who ordered after me. After one lady spoke up and said “I ordered mine to go”. She went to the back and they realized that should have gone to me. She came back out with it and apologized.
I couldn’t even finish eating my sandwich because something about it tasted off and disgusting. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal.
The restrooms were not clean, and the place seems outdated. While leaving another lady walked out with an order. As she got half way to her car, one of the employees ran out of the store and took the bag back. I assume she gave her the wrong order… I hope she remade that persons food considering it was outside the store…
Later that night, I came home and I was severely sick. I’m not saying that I got food poisoning, but I personally won’t be eating here again.
UPDATE: THANK YOU Roly for responding! I am not interested in visiting again, but for responding to my complaint and trying to make it right I really appreciate it. Who knows, maybe after I recover I’ll try again. Thank you again.

First time eating there. Was greeted with kindness by who, I assume was the owner. Food was delicious and fresh. The honey mustard was amazing! 10/10 will be coming back.

I have always loved this place but something has definitely changed about it. I don’t get, I have been going there for years, when I would drive into the city this would be my treat. Go in to a Christian atmosphere, great food, you could guarantee it would be perfect every time. Not this time, tomato was rancid, and the chicken on my Basil Chicken wrap had been reheated in a microwave and more than once, I know that taste! And they changed the music, not owned by the same people anymore. Standards have changed on every level. I really miss them.

Used to be a favorite place of mine for lunch but the last several times I’ve went, the fountain drink machine is broken and you are only allowed one bottled drink and there isn’t much of a selection. The food is still pretty good as always. Just wish they’d get the fountain drink machine fixed and turn the a/c on instead of have the doors wide open. It was hot and uncomfortable.

Waited in the parking lot until the specified ready time wich was over 30 minutes, that was fine but once it was time it wasn’t ready they said give them a “few” minutes I gave them 10 then got sent out again. Went back 3 times total finaly after more time passed I went in the 3rd time they said it’s on the grill now. That kinda sucked waiting an hour but the food was beyond delicious. Literally the absolute best hot pressed wraps around. I belive it was called Santa fe wrap or something similar. waiting time sucked but the wrap was beyond expectations & absolutely perfect. Seriously never had a wrap that good!
