What happened to my Awesome Sandwich shop ?? Food still Great , but other troubling experiences. Ice Machine at fountain drinks . Get clogged and employee has to stick fingers in the chute to unclog. This is just Nasty and unsanitary !! This was not an isolated experience. Same hands and fingers in ice maker chute 6 weeks ago, trash cans overflowing. This does not fare well in public view. I hope it is just a Management Problem. We will try one more time and maybe get Bottled Drink if we have to. Lafayette is a competitive Resteraunt market. I hope this is addressed . Paid for double meat on one (smallest wrap out of 3)
Asked for baked chips they gave us regular
Used to get food from this place all the time and not sure if its the same owner who was always great, but this experience was careless and to blunt lazy. I paid almost 50 bucjs for 3 wraps none of which were prepared the right way.
WITH THIS SAID, THE OWNER HAS REACHED OUT AND APOLOGIZED, MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT WITH US LIKE A TRUE OWNER SHOULD DO. FROM ONE BUSINESS OWMER TO ANOTHER I THANK THE OWNER AND IM ADJUSTING MY REVIEW TO 5 STAR. BECAUSE MISTAKES HAPPEN, BUT WHEN THE OWNER CALLS AND MAKES IT RIGHT IM GIVING YOU 5 STARS!

This is the cutest little sandwich shop. I love ordering lunch from here. The staff is always very friendly, patient, and super helpful.
