Yesterday, we tried Rollup in Bayview! We had the spring rolls with beef and a noodle bowl with shrimp. We also sampled a lemonade with strawberry sauce and strawberry popping spheres. They also gave us a free mochinut to split while we were waiting for our food! We chose the Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor! The vegetables on everything were crisp and fresh! I really liked their “everything” seasoning and would def recommend getting that! The best part was the sauces! The peanut sauce was very flavorful without being too peanut heavy. And the chipotle mayo was also very flavorful without the spice being too overpowering. The drink was very sweet and tangy and refreshing. I think we both preferred the shrimp as a protein. It was juicy and plump. Loved the free mochinut too! Had that great light but chewy mochinut texture and the cinnamon went great with the chocolate icing. I could see this being a viable takeout option if you are looking for something fresher than the usual offerings.

What a great concept! Enjoyed my spring rolls! Paid extra for shrimp and Beef. I liked the shrimp the best. They only give you three shrimp for each roll, but you can get unlimited toppings. Loved all the topping options ! I liked all the extra “crunchy” items too! The peanut sauce was good. I tried the avocado one & it was more a salsa vibe. My husband and I both got a flavored tea. They were sweet but good The workers were friendly & helpful with all my questions. I will say it’s pricey for what you get but I would go back for sure!

I’m glad this place is here, it’s a great addition to the area. I love spring rolls and these were pretty good. Large size and three of them is just enough to satisfy an appetite. I’m especially pleased I could make mine vegan, and they have two sauces out of seven that are vegan. There’s enough ingredient choices to make a healthy roll, but being vegan I wish there were more veggie options like bean sprouts, avocado, mushrooms, cabbage, stuff like that. The place was beautiful and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Being my first time there, I wasn’t completely savvy about how the ordering process worked, so when it came time to choose a topping, I thought the staff person would ask me which topping I’d want, like how they asked me for all the other options. They didn’t ask, and the next thing I knew my rolls were wrapped up and handed to me, no topping. Ok, I guess I should have asked for the topping at the right time, only I didn’t know when that was. I know now. You only get two very small containers of sauce for three large spring rolls, which was nowhere near enough. I had to take one and a half rolls home and use my own sauce. There are no spoons at the utensil area, so you have to use a knife to scoop out the sauce to get it on your roll, which is hard to do with a knife. The chimichurri sauce was thin enough I could pour it onto my roll, but some of the other sauces are too thick to do that. Also, the water cups at the water station are about the size of a thimble, my partner said. That was pretty funny. And there’s quite a lot of plastic that comes with your order, and no recycling bin to place them into when you’re finished with your meal. The price was a little too steep for what you get for a vegan roll, so I most likely will not return, but I’m still glad this place is here and I hope others enjoy it and it stays around for a very long time.

I’ve been watching reels on Instagram about the spring rolls at Rollup for weeks. On this rainy day, I finally went in and they were awesome!! Fair price, up and coming neighborhood, and a nice park/dog park. Extra perk Mochinut is in the same spot, twofer!!

The BEST pho & spring rolls in town — hands down.
Cold weather calls for comfort food, and Roll Up absolutely delivers. I just got pho, fresh spring rolls, and a drink delivered, and every single item was perfection.
The oxtail pho is everything you want on a cold day — a rich, slow-simmered, aromatic broth that’s deeply flavorful and full of soul. The oxtail is tender and satisfying, paired with silky noodles and fresh herbs. It’s warm, comforting, and deeply satisfying — one spoonful and you instantly feel better. Pho made with true care and intention. ❄️
The fresh spring rolls are just as impressive — beautifully wrapped, loaded with herbs and greens, and so fresh you can taste it. Light, clean, and the perfect balance to the richness of the pho.
You can tell this food is made with care, intention, and love. Roll Up doesn’t miss — the quality, consistency, and flavors are always on point.
If it’s cold outside and you don’t feel like cooking, do yourself a favor and order the oxtail pho. This is comfort food done right. this is the place to order from. Highly recommend! Support local, eat well, and thank me later. ❤️

I came to roll up today to try the pho special. The service was good and efficient and my food was perfect. Probably the best pho i’ve tried in milwaukee. The spring rolls were made well and the ingredients all seemed really fresh! I will definitely be coming back to try more things:)

What an incredible make your own Vietnamese food! You have the option to choose from 3 spring rolls, a burrito-sized spring roll, Bahn mi, noodle bowl, or salad. You then pick your protein, veggies, toppings, and sauces.
I chose the noodle bowl with garlic shrimp which was delicious! The spring rolls looked amazing so I’d love to go back for those. The owner also said the viet sausage is his mother’s recipe.
They also serve Boba tea which was so good.
They share the same space with Mochinut donuts so you can treat yourself to desert after!

I’ve been meaning to try this place since it opened roughly a year ago. To be honest, this place did not disappoint. I’m glad Milwaukee has another venue that offers fresh, convenient, and healthy offerings. When I first walked in it was “Chipotle” style. Picking your own ingredients to make your own wrap. The employees were incredibly insightful on what’s popular and what combinations worked best. I can’t wait to come back here again and support a local business!

I had such a great experience at this restaurant! I ordered three create-your-own spring rolls and loved how fresh and customizable everything was. The ingredients were crisp, flavorful, and there were so many options to mix and match that each roll felt completely unique. The staff was friendly and patient while walking me through the ordering process, which made it easy to put together exactly what I wanted. Everything was prepared quickly and tasted amazing—light, fresh, and satisfying. This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to whenever I’m craving something healthy but still fun and filling!

So delicious love how fresh it all tastes and the build your own bowl. Only issue was I barely got any chicken not sure if that’s the standard or if it was just bad luck but the entire bowl was rice with like 8 shreds of chicken lol. I’d still try again cuz I loved the flavors and toppings!
